In the Grinch’s wake left a bare capital of Tuxedo, some troops began to lose hope while others searched around if anything was left behind. The rebels couldn’t figure out why the Grinch would steal the Rebel Cash for Change donations and all the decorations for the holiday season. To keep the spirits high, the Party Planning Committee came up with a plan.
In the meantime, with the tree decorations taken away, everyone grouped together and made their own ornaments. While putting up the decorations the tree lit up from the sun shining down on all the colorful ornaments displayed throughout the tree.
While putting the ornaments on the tree, the Rebels noticed another piece of torn paper stuck on one of the tree branches. On the note they found nothing but this peculiar code.
