On May 8th 2007, the Rebel Penguin Federation was created by Commando717. What was created that day would go from just a spark into a fire that has been burning for 12 years. The embers of the rebellion has been passed from generations and has continued to grow stronger. We will continue to fight hard for the rebellion and preserve this army for years to come.
