Behind the Signature Items - Tyler, Morgan, Firehose

Welcome back to RPF’s Behind the Signature Items column! 3 of our very own Rebels were more than willing to show off their style or showcase their spin on our classic uniform, which consists of items like the Black Hoodie and the iconic Dark Vision Goggles.

In this edition of the column, we’ve interviewed Captain Tyler and Officer Cadets Morgan and Firehose!

Tyler

First, we have Tyler, also known as TylerTheCreator! One of his signature items is his hair, The Scenester. He says it’s his favorite because it “gets close to the real deal!” Tyler also always wears the Black Checkered Shoes, because “they fit [his] skate grunge style and [he] used to wear them in old club penguin.” He also has his handy yellow puffle by his side because of its artistic personality, and because yellow makes him happy!

Morgan

Next up is one of our recent Troops of the Week and Officer Cadets, Morgan! They said they “ALWAYS will wear the Kiwi plush as a neck item, no matter what the theme is for events, or what outfit [they] like to wear.” The Kiwi is a custom neck item featured on CPJ, so unfortunately, it hasn’t made its way to CPAB. However, Morgan also has a consistent hairstyle! They’re always seen with The Flitter Flutter, because according to them, “I always wore it when I initially played club penguin, and it’s very hard to find good hairs whilst making alternative-looking outfits and I feel like the style of this works nicely.” If they’re not wearing The Flitter Flutter, they’re seen with The Flutterby, depending on the event theme. Their most signature item, though, is definitely the Kiwi!

Firehose

Lastly, we have another one of our newest Officer Cadets, Firehose! He has a few signature items: The Shamrocker, the Pilot’s Jacket, the Hard Rock Guitar, and Anti Lava Boots. Whether it’s on CPJ or CPAB, he always rocks his signature hairstyle, The Shamrocker! On CPJ, he’ll throw it together with various fun shirts or neck items, and on CPAB, it replaces the Puffle Bandana from our uniform. Firehose says that this particular hairstyle has “always been with [him] since the days of original Club Penguin,” and that its spiky style reads “Rebel.” In Firehose‘s words: “The Shamrocker stays on!” Furthermore, instead of the Black Hoodie, Firehose opts for the Pilot’s Jacket, which he says looks and feels “battle-ready.” Even the Anti Lava Boots he wears are perfect for battles too! He also swaps out the Black Electric Guitar we usually use for the Hard Rock Guitar. It matches the vibe of his penguin’s name, also screams “Rebel,” and most importantly, Firehose says, “matches the passionate rebel spirit of RPF.”
