Welcome to the 2025 Halloween Party on Club Penguin Legacy! The island’s gone spooky until November 9th — haunted houses, glowing pumpkins, and ghostly surprises are waiting at every turn, so grab your costumes and get ready for some chilling fun!

In this Halloween Party guide, we’ve got everything you need to make the most of the madness — from getting free and hidden items, earning stamps, to trick-or-treating and meeting one of your favorite mascots!
Free Items
Through: Haunted House, Dark Chamber, Gariwald’s Mansion, and Trick-or-Treating!
There are eight (8) free items to collect on the island! A great starting point would be the Forest, since three paths available for us to take and to come back to. The paths we will be taking is shown by the orange arrows:
1. Bat Pin
Hidden behind the tree in the Forest, get yours and don’t miss out on future pins by checking out our Pin Tracker!
Get your Bat Pin and move on to Path 1, taking you to the Haunted House Entrance. From there, go right to the cellar door leading you to the Secret Laboratory.
2. Living Sled Costume
In the laboratory, hop on the Monster Maker 3000, click the lever on the wall, and the Living Sled Costume is yours!
3. Purple Bat Wings
Inside the Haunted House, grab your Purple Bat Wings then head back to the Forest.
The next item is in Path 2, the Dark Chamber. To get inside, a music puzzle awaits us. Follow the steps below:

4. Storm Lantern
The Storm Lantern is free despite what the pop-up says so claim yours as it will be handy in navigating through the two maze rooms.
5. Pile O’ Candy
By reaching the Monster Lab, you will receive the Path Finder stamp for completing the maze! Be sure to collect your Pile O’ Candy, an igloo item, as much as you like!
Check out the Monster Maker Catalog before leaving this room and heading back to the Forest!
To Gariwald’s Mansion through Path 3:
As you enter, you’ll notice a chest needing five keys. A guide below shows where to find them:
Foyer – as soon as you enter Gariwald’s Mansion.
Graveyard – waddle left immediately from the Foyer, then upward.
Dining Room – waddle right from the Graveyard, then across the Hallway.
Library – waddle downward to the stairs from the Dining Room.
Attic – waddle upward from the Hallway.
6. Ghost Goggles
Using the keys on the chest in the Foyer, you’ll find the Ghost Goggles!
Wear them and head back to the Hallway, revealing the door to the Ghost Laboratory.
7. Ghostamatron Background
After being greeted by Gariwald VIII, claim the Ghostamatron Background and,
Buy the Ghost Catcher Uniform from the catalog too! Pair that up with the Ghost Goggles and you’ll be catching ghosts left and right, racking up those Spectral Tokens!

A hidden Bat Puffle?! Awesome!
With more costumes with you, you can now Trick-or-Treat at the Snow Forts!
8. Trick-or-Treat Bag
After your talk with the witch, grab your Trick-or-Treat Bag for free! (Pop-up glitch)
That’s all for the Free Items! Thank you and congratulations on making it this far!
Trick-or-Treat!
There are three (3) houses each at the Snow Forts and at the Stadium. The timer on each house is how often you’re able to collect candies:
Common Candies: 30 seconds
Rare Candies: 2 minutes
Epic Candies: 5 minutes
A tip would be to wait in the middle of the room between all three houses after collecting from a house to save time. No need to waddle all the way to the front of their door, the corners of their fence would do as pointed by the arrows below!
If all three houses are on cooldown, go to the next room (Stadium), repeat,
then back to the first room (Snow Forts), and so on to maximize your candy collection!

Stamps
Explorer: Visit all the decorated party rooms.
Happy Room: Make 10 penguins smile in a room.
Monster Mash: Wear a monster outfit at the Halloween Party.
Music Maestro: Solve a musical puzzle at a party.
Party Puzzle: Solve a puzzle at a party.
Path Finder: Complete a maze at a party.
Scavenger Hunt: Complete a scavenger hunt.
Trick or Treat: See 10 Trick-or-Treat igloos at the Halloween Party.
Party Maestro: Complete all of the island quests during the party.
Meet Gary: Be in the same room as Gary during one of his visits.
Mascot Tracker
Gary has been visiting the island during the Halloween party! The CPLegacy staff had
announced his four scheduled visits:
October 31, 2025 – 2:00PM PST – Blizzard
November 3, 2025 – 2:00PM PST – Blizzard
November 5, 2025 – 2:00PM PST – Blizzard
November 7, 2025 – 2:00PM PST – Blizzard
