BOO! Did I scare you? Welcome to this Halloween Party guide for Club Penguin Journey. The spookiest day of the spookiest season is fast approaching, so what better way to get in the spirit of Halloween than to dress up on Club Penguin and run around the island looking for secrets. So come with me, ghoul friends and creepy crawlies, and lets make the most of this party.

Spooky Island
Club Penguin Journey have introduced a few party rooms with free items and catalogues. The first one we are looking at is the Spooky Island. To access it you first board the ship at the Beach
Once you have boarded the ship, just wait for the boat to start sailing. You will be able to get off once the boat has stopped moving.
Once you get off, click the statue for the Penguin Ghost transformation free item.
To return back to the island, simply re-enter the boat.
The Dark Chamber
To enter the Dark Chamber, walk through the entrance labelled “Dark Chamber” in the Forest.
The first room is a Simon Says puzzle. The rocks will play 3 melodies one after the other, and you must play them back each time. Once you completed this puzzle, you can move onto the maze.
At the start of the maze, you can pick up the Storm Lantern for free. This will help you illuminate a little bit around you.
Alternatively, you can also wear Dark Vision Goggles to see the entire maze. The walkthrough for both mazes are as follows:

After you complete the maze you reach the Monster Maker Lab. Here you can find the free Purple Bat Wings item, and a catalogue with spooky monster costumes!
There are 3 hidden items in this catalogue.
Click the hole in the “R” in “Maker” for the Dino Horns (150 coins).
Click the middle of the “S” in “Monster” for Shadow Wings (300 coins).
Click the top collarbone for Glowing Skeleton Paint (250 coins).
The Haunted House
The Haunted House can be accessed via either the Monster Maker Lab exit, or the Forest entrance. Once in the Haunted House, you can walk up the stairs to obtain the free Creepy Candle item.
Boiler Room
The Boiler Room has been transformed into a monster lab! In this room you can find a catalogue in the corner with 31 unique items! They are shown below.
There are also several hidden items
Trick or Treat!
To go along with the Halloween party, the CPJ team have dropped some candies over the island! They are hidden in rooms accessible for all penguins (so there will be none in the Ninja Hideout, PSA HQ etc).
There is one hidden daily but don’t worry if you’ve missed one as they stay on the island until they are collected (or until the party ends).
Events
At the top of every hour, you can either see the Penguin Band perform at the Iceberg or Rockhopper tell scary stories at the Cove. To check where, when, and what the next performance is, press the clock icon next to the quests icon up in the top right.

Explorer – Visit all decorated rooms
All rooms on the island are decorated, so go and explore the party!
Out At Sea – Board the boat on the Beach and leave the island.
Path Finder – Complete the maze in the Dark Chamber
Party Puzzle – Complete the Simon Says puzzle in the Dark Chamber
Music Maestro – complete the Simon Says puzzle in the Dark Chamber
Monster Smash – wear a monster outfit during the Halloween Party
Ultimate Fan – Attend a Penguin Band & Cadence performance at the Iceberg.
