Hi Rebels! We are back with another edition of Pet Column, where Ella, Art, and Miggy show off the wonderful pets of RPF! This month we have a special edition column where we will be featuring cats posted in our Discord server! Name: Auroraย Borealis
Age: 2ย
Breed: Voilding or possibly Bombay
Favorite Snack/Food: Freeze dried cat grass sticks
Our Pet Columnist Miggy interviewed Sprytefulย to talk about their adorable cat! Letโs see what they had to say:
Miggy: How did you get Miss Aurora?
Spryteful: My best friend got her for my mom and I’s birthday. My original cat Alis, had passed away a year or so before this, and she knew we were ready for a new friend and my other cat, X-Ray needed a new friend too.
Miggy: How did her name come to be? Does she have any nicknames?
Spryteful: Her name was up in the air for a day or two, she would respond to anything. Then I found her asleep on my bag with “Aurora” written on it. I tried it and she responded to the name instantly so Aurora it was.
She has many nicknames but her most notable ones are Rorabora, Freak, Baby Duck, and Little Love.
Miggy: If Aurora could have a magical ability what would it be?
Sprtyteful: Definitely teleportation! Sometimes I swear she already can. She’ll be in once spot then next thing you know she’s on the roof or something.
Miggy: Could you share a favorite memory with her please?
Spryteful: I’d have to say it’s when we brought her home after getting fixed, she spent the whole night snuggled on my chest with her little cone right under my chin so her face was as close to mine as it could be.
Nova
Name: Toes
Age: 4 years
Breed: Tuxedo
Favorite Food: Just the gravy from a can of Fancy Feast

Ella: What is Toes’ favorite toys?
Nova: Cat Dancer (Cardboard and wire teaser toy)
Ella: How did you get your pet?
Nova: A friend found her on the side of the road, much too young to be alone.
Ella: Where did the name Toes come from?
Nova: Her little white toes!
Ella: Does Toes have any fun traits?
Nova: She’s a big climber loves to have the high ground.
Jackieee
Name: Kuro
Age: 5 1/2 years old
Breed: Unsure, but possibly Tuxedo or American Shorthair
Favorite Snack/food: Loves catnip as a treat and usually Fancy Feast because his picky

Art: Where did the name Kuro come from?
Jackieee: It means black in Japanese and my boyfriend loves anime so it was fitting
Art: What’s his favorite toys to play with?
Jackieee: He loves catnip mice the most!
Art: If you could dress him up for any festive holiday what would it be?
Jackieee: I would say Halloween, he has little fangs that make him a great bat
Art: If you and Kuro could take a trip to any fictional place where would you go?
Jackieee: Oooh that’s a good one I would say Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas, I think he would fit right in! Very much stand-offish but also sweet if given pets.
