Hey there Rebels! Welcome back to another edition of the Pet Column, where Yodabobobo, Cracked, Jaeun, and Yas get to know the pets of the RPF! Meet General Mars’ pet cats!
Name: Maui
Age: 11 years and a half
Breed: Tabby Cat
Favorite Food: Wet cat food or any of the critters she catches outside 
Name: Mocha
Age: 2 years old
Breed: Black cat
Favorite Food: Any type of human food (probably pieces of bacon that i feed him every morning)
Our Pet Column Interviewer, Yoda, contacted Mars to ask some questions about her cats, Mocha and Maui. What did she have to say about them?
Yoda: How were the names for Maui and Mocha created?
Mars: When we named Maui, both my sister and I were super young and we had just returned from our vacation to Hawaii, so the thinking behind the name is kind of a twist on the word meow-y because of how loud she was as a kitten, so Maui ended up being the perfect name for her. For Mocha, I was put in charge of deciding a name as my sister was away for college. I wanted something that started with an “m” to match the other cats’ names, and something that was the same color as him, so Mocha felt pretty appropriate :’)
Yoda: What are your favorite characteristics or traits of Maui and Mocha?
Mars: I love this question LOL. Maui is super cuddly and sweet. I love how she won’t hesitate to fall asleep on top of me. She’s also an outdoor cat which makes it super fun for during the summer. Mocha on the other hand is very clingy, which I enjoy. He’s not an outdoor cat so he’s always around me in the house. He follows me from room to room and sits on the table to eat breakfast with me. ngl he’s prob my favorite. 
Yodabobobo: Pretend you are invited to a costume party and your pets are invited! What do you think would be cool outfits for Maui and Mocha?
Mars: ooooo for Maui she would wear a red dress and a black leather jacket bc she’s a girl boss 
and for Mocha he would wear a colorful tuxedo and matching fedora!
Meet Lance Corporal Rose’s dog!
Name: Toby
Age: 7 years old
Breed: Lhasa Apso
Favorite food: Honestly whatever his nose smells lol. Always something he can’t have too.
Our Pet Column Interviewer, Yas, reached out to Rose in order to learn more about Toby! Let’s see what we can find out!
Yas: Do you have a favorite Memory or Story with Toby?
Rose: When I walked downstairs one night to find him sat on the table just staring at me. To this day I have NO idea how he could’ve possibly got up there as there wasn’t too much to climb on nearby LOL.
Yas: If you could go one place with Toby anywhere, where would it be?
Rose: The beach as he loves running around, when we get there he trips us up cause he’s so excited and his lead ends up getting wrapped around our legs so someone ends up nearly falling, always.
Yas: What superpower do you think Toby would choose if he got the chance?
Rose: Definitely invisibility, so he could steal all the food on our plates undetected. That way he could have multiple dinners.
