Welcome to our #104th edition of Troop Interviews!!
Troop interviews sees our team (Ella, Lemur, Artistic23, Buhnny, Mollsr and T_T) ask some of our rebels questions to get to know them better! These interviews aim to showcase our Rebel Federation members’ uniqueness and many interests. Due to the growing size of our army, it is hard to get to everyone, so the News Team appreciates your patience while we work our way through our members 🙂
This edition includes three interviews from Miffy, T_T and Steax!!
Miffy
Firstly, I, Mollsr, had the pleasure of interviewing our Colonel Miffy!
When did you first join RPF?
Miffy has been with us for over 5 weeks, but as I responded, it feels like she’s been here for so much longer! This sentiment, Miffy said, is also shared by even Veterans who think they remember her from 2020. Goes to show how much of an active member she is!
What is your favourite memory from OG Club Penguin?
Coins for Change meant a lot to Miffy on the original Club Penguin (and not just because it occurred during her birthday!) It was significant for Miffy to feel as though she could actually make a change in the world and also have fun while doing so.
What is your favourite hobby?
Miffy talked about her enjoyment for writing, when she gets the inspiration. From what’s on her mind to what’s she’s seeing or feeling in that moment, Miffy writes about personal thoughts and feelings, usually centered on love or loss. She even gave an example of how she witnessed a crane tearing down a building and how it spoke to her so much that she had to write on it! Miffy also expressed her passion for Cookie Run which, with her impressive skills built over 4 years, she is now (somewhat) professional at!! Amazing!
What advice would you have for new troops?
Echoing her TOTW interview, Miffy said to involve yourself in the community and attend events! The more active you are, the more people will get to know you. Miffy shouted out the TOTW at the time, Dorii, saying how it felt like she had always been in the server, despite only having been here for 2 weeks. This is due to how positive she was to speak to and how involved she is :))

Secondly our team member Buhn interviewed our General T_T!
How were you recruited?
T_T reminisced how on a late summer’s eve of 2020 he logged onto CPR to look around. He was in the Town when Ghxsts, a Major General at the time, asked if he wanted to join a CPR discord server. T_T explained how he wasn’t too interested and found the idea of a Club Penguin discord more funny than anything so joined out of curiosity; and the rest is history 😉
Out of all of the PPC parties you’ve participated in, which one(s) did you enjoy the most?
Having only experienced PPC parties during 2024, T_T chose the Rebels Before Time party as his favourite. He vividly remembers DMing Roogy (current RPF Veteran) for clues to find the hidden eggs, not realising for so long that the last one he needed was in her bio the whole time!
What would you say is your favourite thing about being in RPF?
For T_T, the community is his favourite aspect of RPF. He loves being able to pop into main and chat about whatever is on his mind. He wouldn’t have stuck around for as long as he has if it weren’t for our amazing community and the friends he’s made here.
Now ranking at General, what advice do you have for Troops who want to climb the ranks?
T_T reiterates the theme of popping into the main chat!! It can feel daunting and scary, but it becomes more comfortable the more you get to know the other Troops. He also gives the advice to not burn out on the way up the ranks, Troops aren’t Staff so don’t feel obligated to carry out extra tasks. Enjoy climbing the ranks 🙂
To wrap up, what are some fun facts about yourself?
Buhn closed out the interview by asking T_T for some fun facts about himself. T_T plays classical guitar and even composes music on occasion. His pfp is normally a picture of his cat Bubbles (top tier name) and the numbers in his user (T_T4321) come from the old discord tag numbers.

Steax
Our last interview involved our team member Artistic23 and our Third in Command Steax!
How long have you been apart of RPF? Do you remember how you first joined?
Steax has been in RPF for a whole 6 years!!!
Steax remembers being recruited by Silverburg in the coffee shop on CPR. They were bored and decided to join.
What’s your favourite things about RPF?
Steax says their favourite things about RPF include the people, that everyone is so nice, and they’ve even met their best friends here! Steax also enjoys winning tournaments (which happens quite a bit hehe). Art also asked:
How does it feel to be apart of the HCOM team?
Steax responded that it’s been really fun to see the behind the scenes of the server and to lead events (particularly VC!). They also love scheming with HCOM about parties and events.
What has been your favourite server party/event?
Out of everything, the recent Pokémon Olympics has been Steax’s favourite party/event. They also enjoyed planning it as they love Pokémon. (Miku Olympics on the horizon?)
Besides RPF, what do you like to do for fun?
Besides slaying as HCOM, Steax likes to play Sims and to watch Youtube (They say RPF is their life :0)
How did you come up with the name Cheesesteax
Steax claims it’s lame (but as Art says, their name is really cool), when registering for CPR 6 years ago, the only thing that came to mind when choosing a name was cheesesteaks. When they started being active in RPF there was a Second in Command Cheese at the time; Brennato suggested they change their name to Steax to avoid confusion and so Steax owes their brand to Brennato.
Do you have any random fun facts to share about yourself?
Steax’s fun fact to share is that their favourite drink is tea, and Art agreed that it’s hers aswell. Absolute peak bevarage.
