Troop Interviews
This week marks the fifty-sixth official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Cosmo, Royal and Reee) ask two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked to give us a better understanding of each soldier and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of soldiers here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it will be difficult to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!
The three interviewees for this week are Monikat, Chaos & Guinz!
Monikat
Hi everyone! It’s Royal here and I’ll be your host today. Starting off, we have Ree interviewing one of our troops, MonMon. Let’s not waste any time and get right into it!
We’re ready, we’re ready
How long has MonMon been a part of RPF?
Ree’s first question for MonMon was how long she had been a part of RPF. She responds by saying that thinking is hard (I think everyone can agree with that) but she would say a little over a year, around September of 2019. Happy late one year anniversary!
Why did MonMon join RPF?
The next question for her was why she joined RPF! MonMon replies that she was playing on a server when she saw Moon talking to someone (another point to House Moon!), and decided to join after some emotes and convincing! #CPRRecruitGang rise up.
What does MonMon like to do outside of RPF?
‘What does MonMon like to do outside of RPF’ was Ree’s next question for MonMon. She tells us that she loves playing video games and reading! She used to also love singing, but unfortunately lymphoma stopped that 🙁 still that’s amazing!! (And I bet her voice was super awesome before <3).
Oh the suspense!
What place would MonMon like to travel to the most?
Ree’s last question was what place would MonMon like to travel to the most! She mentioned that she has been to a lot of places, but MonMon decided that she would want to visit Tokyo to see the cherry blossoms! Hey, that reminds me of Ash :hehe:
Wrapping up the interview, Ree asked if MonMon had any last words, and indeed she did! She just wanted to say that she loves RPF and all of the members in it! How sweet <33 Anyways…
Chaos
Moving on, I did our first general mod interview with the man himself, Chaos! Let’s jump into it!!
How did Chaos find RPF/When did he originally join?
My first question for Chaos was how he found RPF and when he originally joined. He responds that he heard about it in October of 2018, but joined on December 2nd instead! Wow Chaos is old! That’s crazy bro.
Who’s your current mentor, and how have they helped you?
The next question for Chaos asked who his mentor was, along with how they’ve helped him. Chaos replies that Crazzy is his current mentor! He added on that she provides great advice and has worked really well with him, plus they’re good friends! I don’t think they could ask for anything more :’)
What is Chaos’ proudest accomplishment as an officer?
My third question towards Chaos was ‘What is his proudest accomplishment as an officer?’ And Chaos responds jokingly with “surviving this long”. Honestly, that’s a whole mood! But, he answered that it would probably be getting a quindecuple (wow long word) promotion from Private to Major General after rejoining some time ago. I think we ALL agree that no one can compete with that answer 
What is Chaos’ favorite RPF memory?
The last question for Chaos was what his favorite RPF memory is. He says it was when RPF moved to its own Discord server, because that was when he first got Lieutenant General. But, Chaos also thought that RPF breaking records was pretty awesome too! For me, there are too many amazing memories of RPF, so I definitely couldn’t choose.
Before concluding my interview, I asked if Chaos had anything to add. Okay technically I lied since this is the last question, but he reminds everyone to follow RPF on all the different socials, to be safe online, and very importantly to FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT! Great interview Chaos! But moving on…
Guinz
Saving the best for last, we have our Troop of the Week number 168, Guinz! Our lovely Rebel Commander Cosmo did this interview, and the suspense is killing me, so let’s start reading already!

How is Guinz?
The best question of the interview: how is Guinz? She replies that she’s doing great! Awesome to hear 😀
How did Guinz find RPF, and why did she decide to stay?
Cosmo’s next question for Guinz was how she found RPF, and why she decided to stay. She replies by mentioning that she was playing CPR one day, and came across penguins wearing the Magician outfit & doing tactics, so she thought it was a flash mob event and joined the group after! She decided to stay however because of Rebel Cash of course 
but mostly because of the whole community with friendly people, and fun events. Wholesome overload 
What advice would Guinz give to troops who aspire to become TOTW?
Onto an important question for Guinz, Cosmo asked what advice she would give to troops who aspire to get Troop of the Week! And Guinz tells us to be yourself! She adds on that it’s okay if you’re busy with real life stuff, along with mentioning the people in main chat are super friendly, so even welcoming new members or saying hi can help! Lastly, Guinz advises to focus at events (like doing proper tactics), and to hype. Guinz is spitting some facts, so pay attention!!
How does it feel to be TOTW?
Moving on, question four for Guinz was how it felt to be Troop of the Week. Guinz responds that it was definitely a surprise to her, but she feels very happy and honored that she could be one 
I can’t imagine anyone else being TOTW #168!!
What kind of events are Guinz’s favorite?
Transitioning to some fun questions, “What kind of events are your favorite” was Cosmo’s next question! And Guinz replies that it would be hide and seek! Since it’s ‘always fun to hide from HCOM and hope that we don’t get caught’, but Guinz also likes practice battles & invasions because of the changing tactics and rooms quickly! HCOM please go easier on us ahaha…
What are Guinz’s favorite things about RPF?
In his last question, Cosmo asked Guinz what her favorite things about RPF are. Of course, she loves everything about RPF! But Guinz would have to choose r̶e̶b̶e̶l̶ ̶c̶a̶s̶h̶ the community because of the different conversations, and just seeing everyone be able to do tactics together. That’s so cute b̶u̶t̶ ̶r̶e̶b̶e̶l̶ ̶c̶a̶s̶h̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶b̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶a̶n̶s̶w̶e̶r̶ ̶!
Before Cosmo ended his interview, he asked if Guinz had anything else to add! She thanked Cosmo for interviewing her, and he thanked Guinz for her time.
