Troop Interviews

This week marks the fifty-seventh official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Cosmo, Royal, and Reeeeee) ask two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its own unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked give us a better understanding of each soldier and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of soldiers here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it will be difficult to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!

The three interviewees for this week are Smolbean, Speedy, & Yo Gal!

Smolbean

Welcome back to another edition of the Troop Interviews! I’m Reeeeee and today I’ll be your host! Starting off, we have Cosmo interviewing Smolbean! Let’s jump right into it!

How is Smolbeans?
Ah yes, Cosmo’s famous question! How is Smolbean? Smolbean said they are doing really great! That’s great to hear 😀

How did Smolbean find RPF?
Cosmo’s next question was how Smolbean found RPF! Smolbean said that they found RPF because someone was recruiting on Club Penguin! The famous cart line makes its appearance once again!

Why did Smolbean decide to stay in RPF?

Next, Cosmo asked why Smolbean decided to stay in RPF! Smolbean responded by saying that the events are really cool and that it’s interesting and fun having synchronised tactics. There’s a lot of synchronization and cool tactics we do!

Does Smolbeans have any goals/aspirations within RPF?
Cosmo’s next question was whether Smolbeans had any goals set within RPF. Smolbeans said that they want to become a high rank in RPF. Perhaps HCOM? Maybe one day!

What are some fun facts about Smolbeans?
The next question Cosmo asked Smolbeans was what some fun facts about them were! They said that they love to draw and read comics, act, play the piano and act! That’s a lot of cool stuff! The piano is one of the coolest instruments!

What is Smolbeans’ favorite type of event?
Cosmo’s final question for Smolbean was what type of events they liked the most, and they said they like the stamp events the most! I agree those are a lot of fun, and it’s a pretty exciting time!

Before Cosmo ends the interview, he thanks Smolbeans and asks them if they have anything else to add. Smolbeans says that they’ve been pretty inactive but that’s definitely going to change! Can’t wait to see you in chat and climbing those ranks!

Speedy

Now time for our newest addition to the staff team, Speedy! Let’s move onto the actual interview and see what she had to say.

Why did Speedy join RPF?

My first question for Speedy was why did she decide to join RPF! Speedy replied by saying that she usually played CPR in her free time and one day she logged on to see a bunch of people in the duck floaty costume. She was recruited by Tadpoles, one of our former moderators. I agree: who would refuse a penguin swimming in a duck floaty?

What is Speedy looking forwards to now that she is apart of RPF staff?

My next question for Speedy is what she is looking forward to, now that she is a part of the staff team. Speedy responded by saying she’s looking forward to working with current HCOM and Officers. She wants to gain experience and be a friendly face to everyone in RPF. Speedy also mentions that she wants to be a role model for other rebels who want to be apart of staff and to never give up. What a great role model she is for all the rebels. 🥺

Does Speedy hope to reach HCOM status someday?

I asked Speedy if she ever aspires to become HCOM one day, and Speedy responded that she really hopes so! She wants to become Third in Command one day and believes that it would be fun to lead Air Force in branch battles. She says she’ll never be as great Air Force leader as former Third In Command Rocket but I’m sure she’ll do excellent things.  Speedy4HCOM one day perhaps?

How did Speedy come up with her username?
My next question for Speedy was how she came up with her username! Speedy said that when the original Club Penguin was around her username was Speedy045 and she was lucky that it wasn’t taken on CPR! When she was in RPF she originally joined as Speedy045 but ended up dropping the 045 as she ranked up! Pretty cool and lucky if you ask me!

If Speedy could have any superpower, what would it be?

My final question for Speedy was if she could have any superpower, what would she like it to be? Speedy quickly responded with that she’d love to have Magneto’s powers from the X-Men for the ability to control metal. That’s really cool, not gonna lie – I’d never think that metal bending was a superpower! Speedy, perhaps one day you’ll achieve your metal bending powers!

Before ending the interview I asked Speedy if she had any last words add and she sure did! She says to never give up on everything, keep showing everyone who you, and to strive towards goals inside and outside RPF! Such inspirational words from Speedy! Welcome to the team Speedy! Moving on…

Yo Gal

Next up we have Royal interviewing our newest Troop of the Week, Yo Gal! Let get right into this interview…

How does Yo Gal feel to be Troop of the Week?

Royal’s first question for Yo Gal was how does she feel about being Troop of the Week! Yo Gal responded by saying it feels weird because she never thought she’d get the title. Maybe Crazzy did yell at HCOM to give Yo Gal her Troop of the Week after all the hard work Yo Gal has done… I guess we’ll never know!

What is Yo Gal looking forwards to being Troop of the Week?

Royal’s next question for Yo Gal was what she’s looking forward to being Troop of the Week. Yo Gal responded with taking over RPF and burning it to the ground and retiring. I must agree with Royal, this is one of the best answers I heard! (when are we doing this srs))

What advice would Yo Gal give to other troops who aspire to get Troop of the Week?
Moving on, Royal’s next question was what advice Yo Gal would give to Troops aspiring to get that spicy pink colour! Yo Gal’s response was to remain active. As long as you stay consistent, you’ll be well on your way to being Troop of the Week! Definitely a good creed to follow.

If Yo Gal could choose any super power what would it be and why?
In Royal’s next question, she asked Yo Gal what superpower she could have and why! Yo gal said she’d like to be invisible so she could go anywhere and you’d never be able to see her. That’s a pretty cool super power, just make sure you don’t mess with her!

Who is Yo gal’s favorite staff member?
For Royal’s last question she asked Yo gal who her favorite staff member is! Yo gal quickly responded by saying current Brigadier General, Sharki, is her favorite staff member! It’s your lucky day Sharki!

Before ending the interview, Royal asked Yo gal if she had any last words. Yo Gal’s last words was that she didn’t know what else to say and that’s totally fine!

Anyways moving on… oh wait, I finished all the interviews? I guess I can’t type more 🙁
