Elsa joined RPF back in June and made quite the impression early on. After attending our events dressed in full Elsa from Frozen gear, she certainly gained attention and has since been a constant and pleasant presence in RPF. Currently at the rank of Officer Cadet, she is a dependable staff member and a friendly face in chat. It is due to that, that she’s earned the title of Troop of the Week.
