Christmas Tournaments: Tidings of Joy & Battle

In lieu of the season of giving, the Double Deck the Halls III community battle made its joyous return this past weekend! Suited and booted in our Christmas-themed outfits, we teamed up with the People’s Imperial Confederation against the Army of CP and Winged Hussars, raising an incredible $318 for children in need! Thank you to both ACP’s Mads and PIC’s Alu for their inspiring generosity.

On Sunday, it was announced that the Rebels will be participating in the highly anticipated annual Christmas Chaos tournament, also known as the second largest tournament in the army community. With the first of these festive face-offs set for the second weekend of December, the Rebels are uniting with a determined focus on claiming the championship trophy. Not only will there be rewards and giveaways, but those that participate in two or more of this week’s training events will receive the exclusive “Top Tactician” Discord role for fighting the good fight!

The Great Mountain Expedition

A snowy adventure has arrived on CPJourney, and penguins prepare for the intense Mountain Expedition climb that launched on November 22nd! The Club Penguin News Team took on the extreme challenge and put together a survival guide, and our Youtube Team has released a video tutorial conquering the intense exploration. Aunt Arctic will make her appearance as she reports on the party throughout the week, and our staff will be keeping the mascot tracker channel updated diligently. The party ends on November 29th, so grab your gear and bravely explore the unknown!

In further Club Penguin news, CPJourney has released a stylish new Snow and Sports catalog for winter activities, and CPLegacy has a brand new November Better Igloos and Furniture catalog!

Roaring Rebel Updates

The staff is proud to announce the Discord server has surpassed 14,000 members – an impressive milestone that was no easy feat! Thank you for all the effort put forth every day, and a warm welcome to those who have recently joined! The future continues to shine bright for the Rebels.

Without further ado, congratulations to none other than Lieutenant W0lvesteeth for being crowned the #313 Troop of the Week! From hyping up events to graciously welcoming newcomers, W0lves has become a positive influence and an exceptional Rebel. You can often find her chatting about her favorite video games, attentively helping others, and befriending all those she meets. Since enlisting a month ago, W0lves has made a profound impact with her unfaltering participation in all Rebel activities – proving to be a true pillar of the community. Be sure to congratulate her on TOTW for her tenacious efforts!

Speaking of awards, although the Rebels Before Time party has ended, there was one final announcement – the winner of the “Design Your Own Dinosaur” contest! Having to artfully color, name, and create a fictional story for the dinosaur, Captain Lehky went above and beyond to earn the reputable “Dino Designer” Discord role for first place! Read more about his masterpiece, as well as the two runner ups, from the Rebel News Contest Team.

The shoutouts don’t end there, as the Rebel Broadcast Team has released a new “Behind the Signature Items” staff interview! Third in Command Master DS chimed in on her unique choice, and Brigadier Generals Stevos and Nick chat about their twist on the notorious Rebel unform!
