Make an Impact with Rebel Cash for Change this December

Can you hear that bell ringing? That means it’s time for the return of Rebel Cash for Change – our yearly charity initiative which runs for the entirety of December, with special rewards set to be unlocked once the community goals are achieved. The three causes you will be able to donate to are wildlife, medicine, and infrastructure. Whichever of these receives the highest total Rebel Cash donation by the end of the event will be the cause that receives a real cash donation from Rebel volunteers! Tis’ the Season for Seasonal Roles

The chillier days ahead have arrived for the Rebels, and with that comes the Winter Seasonal Roles! Each month, members have the opportunity to earn a special role that can only be awarded within the designated timeframe. To learn more about these festive seasonals and how you can achieve them, be sure to read the post for more information!

The newest role for Tuxedo Times weekly challenges is also here! Up until last week, Rebels had the chance to complete weekly puzzles in order to make progress towards the Cozy Decoder role. Now, you will be cracking codes and completing challenges for the Cracked the Ice role! Complete 6 weekly challenges within the next three months (by the end of February), and this role can be yours! Keep in mind that each puzzle must be done the week they are released, but don’t worry because you’ll have plenty of time allowing you to pick and choose which puzzles you complete! Scroll down to the Challenge of the Week column to find the first puzzle that will count towards the new role, and don’t forget that every challenge also rewards you with Rebel Cash!

Christmas Chaos Commences

This coming Sunday marks our first battle in the Christmas Chaos XIV tournament, where we will be facing off against The Bastille Vanguard in the Quarter Finals! If you attend the battle, as well as any training events throughout the upcoming weeks, you can earn points towards giveaways which include Discord Nitro, Robux gift cards, custom roles, and more! Troop of the Week #314

As we approach the holiday season, we end November congratulating the 314th Troop of the Week – Captain Silavara! Throughout her journey as a Rebel, Silavara has built a positive foundation for herself by eagerly participating in activities and lighting up conversations with her infectious humor. Whether it’s hyping up events, helping friends get their penguin stamps, or posting her impressive art – she truly has made herself stand out. For all of her efforts and dedication to the community, it comes as no surprise that she has been awarded TOTW! When you see Silavara in chat, be sure to give her a shoutout and a job well done!

Former Second in Command and RPF Rebel recipient, Princhi, was interviewed by the Rebel Broadcast Team for the latest edition of the column Vet Spotlight. As she looks back on her time in the RPF, she discusses in depth her journey through the ranks, the challenges along the way, and imparts her essential ‘prin-ciples’ to success for aspiring Rebels.

For Operation: Basic Training, we began to sharpen our skills in our first training event of the week on CPJ – Blizzard. For the second training event of the week, the Rebels logged onto CPJ – Blizzard for Operation: Foresty Forms. To practice for CCXIV, we put on our hiking uniforms and journeyed across the island. With our wood-tastic tactics and s’more-licious forms, the other penguins said, “You grow girl!” and we had a very successful event.
