Scrooge’s Path Awaits in A Rebel Christmas Carol

Bah Humbug?! The Party Planning Committee has been hard at work crafting a festive extravaganza that even Scrooge would approve of: A Rebel Christmas Carol! This week-long celebration is inspired by the Muppets Christmas Carol film, and culminates on Sunday, 22nd December. Among the many tasks and activities taking place, an exclusive Rebelneezer Scrooge role is up for grabs – obtainable by completing two of the three sections of Scrooge’s Path. For a complete breakdown of what’s what, please read the announcement post. Kick start the festivities by completing the Past Present and Future form, and tick off the first task for Scrooge’s Present Path.

You can also connect with your creative side, as the Rebel Broadcast Team has released a new theme for the art column, which is also a task for the party – Holiday Spirit! This comes following the release of the latest Art Column this week, which showcases an incredible range of work from talented Rebels. To participate in the column and task this month, create a piece of art with any media of your choosing. Then, post your masterpiece in the #art channel with the #rpfacholidayspirit tag!

Those aren’t the only party tasks, though! Sweater weather season has long passed us, so break out those cozy jackets, beanies, and warm mittens for the Winter Outfit Contest arranged by the RNM Contest Team! The winner will not only receive a rebel cash prize for their unique frosty fashion, but the prestigious Dazzling Dresser Discord role! Check out the official post for more information.

Crunch Time: Rebels vs. Doritos Finals Face-Off

In a semi-final showdown that was out-of-this-world, the Rebels took on and defeated the Aliens – sending these unwelcome visitors packing faster than Santa’s elves the night before Christmas! Following this victory, the Rebels have advanced into this weekend’s Christmas Chaos XIV Grand Finals against the Doritos! We go head-to-head on Saturday, December 21st. For more information on the battle, read the Club Penguin Armies announcement post as well as the #ccxiv-info and #ccxiv-giveaway-info channels in our Discord server. If we reach our size goal, there will also be Discord Nitro and Custom Role giveaways!!

Count On it: The Active Count is Back!

It’s that time of the year again! We’re not talking about Christmas, but rather the bi-annual Active Count! Make sure you fill out and submit the Active Count Form, as failure to do so by the deadline will result in the removal of your rank. It’s quick and easy – so get moving and get it done! The count stops on Sunday, December 29th.
NOTE: If you haven’t attended an event in a long time, it is still possible for your rank to be removed, so make sure to attend an event before Dec 29th if that is the case!

Pemjah Rises Up!

Although this star Rebel joined less than a month ago, Lieutenant Pemjah has been a long-time supporter of RPF, and was even fighting the good fight during the original days of Club Penguin! Since his epic return, Pemjah has been admirably active throughout weekly events, hyping up the CCXIV tournament, and has brought unwavering optimism to the community. Congratulations for being crowned as the #316 Troop of the Week, Pemjah! We look forward to more of his music, sports, and gaming discussions!

Festive Furniture Arrival

CPLegacy is feeling the holiday spirit, and decking their halls with the new December Better Igloos and Furniture catalogs! With their elf hats on, the Club Penguin News Team tinkered up a helpful guide for all hidden items found. Rock around the new Christmas trees and hang up the stockings, because the festive day is right around the corner!

How many new joins did our server see?

The further we advance in the Christmas Chaos tournament, the more we see recruiting efforts increase! Last week, we saw 123 new joins in the server! With all that recruiting, winning the trophy will also be as easy as 1-2-3! 🤭

Let’s look at some numbers from last week’s battles and trainings!

Within one week, we had 2 CCXIV battles and 3 training events – 1 of which was a practice battle! With so many tactics thrown left and right, many pics were taken in our #event-pics channel to document these events! In total, an impressive 790 event pics were taken across those 5 events!!

Throughout our 3 battles, we lost 1 room, tied 1 room, and won 7!! Now let’s get a full sweep at the Grand Finals, shall we?? 😉
