Hurray for HuhBuh!
Join us in celebrating HuhBuh, who received the honor of Troop of the Week #370 in less than two months! Naturally ambitious and compassionate, HuhBuh quickly became a star troop, rising to the rank of Colonel with ease for her stellar event attendance and positive chat presence. Notably, throughout the CCXV tournament, she attended nearly every single training event and battle! Keep up the fabulous work, HuhBuh!
We’re Feeling 22!
Before the new year began, RPF celebrated a massive achievement… 22 thousand members in our Discord server! A huge thank you to all of our recruiters, guide creators, and everyone who makes our community such a positive and welcoming environment. Let’s see what 2026 brings!
Rebel Broadcast Rewind
Kicking off the new year strong, our Rebel Broadcast News Team released seven exciting new posts! To begin, take a stroll down memory lane with RPF’s 2025 Year in Review, where we look back on an unforgettable year filled with parties, tournaments, and massive announcements!
Diving in, the Troop Interviews article highlights three staff members as they reflect on their RPF journey thus far! The spotlight then turns to fashion in Behind the Signature Items, where Rebels reveal their must-have Club Penguin styles. And of course, the most important essential of all… their pets! Check out the latest Pet Column for a special edition featuring purrfect cats from our server.
The RBNews Team then sat down with some of RPF’s most distinguished veterans for their Vet Spotlight interviews! They first spoke with Mary, who retired at the esteemed rank of General in January 2025. In her interview, Mary opened up about her early struggles as a troop, looked back on her favorite event, and spoke about her journey as a mentor.
Following Mary, the team met with veteran Patro for his interview! Over the course of Patro’s experience as a Rebel, he rose through the ranks at an exceptional speed, reaching General in less than a year. Check out his interview to learn what made RPF special to him, his most memorable moments, and advice for up-and-coming troops!
RBNews’ final interview features RPF advisor F6Sixer! Joining the Federation in 2019, F6 achieved a great deal before retiring in 2022. As A Rebel Commander, his passion and dedication was formidable, playing a vital role in shaping our community to what we experience today. Dive into his interview to discover the lengths F6 went through to strengthen our community and how he left a lasting legacy.
Christmas Continues on Club Penguin
CPJourney is merry and bright for their 2025 Holiday Jam extravaganza! Sleigh the frosty days away by attending concerts with your penguin pals, explore the whimsical train ride beneath the snow, and bundle up while checking party quests off your holiday checklist. With festivities ending soon on January 5th, the elves on our CPNews Team created a party walkthrough so you won’t miss a thing!
Then, hop aboard the Penguin Express all the way to CPLegacy for their 2025 Holiday Party, which will be celebrated until January 11th. Lend a flipper by donating to Coins for Change, take reins of Santa’s sleigh and deliver presents, complete party quests beneath the northern lights, and explore more festive activities found in our party guide!

What are some RPF stats from 2025?
What an exceptional year we had! Let’s take a closer look at some RPF facts from 2025:
- Hard at work, Rebel Broadcast News posted 173 unique polls last year, racking up a total of 13,895 poll reactions! In addition, the team also released 56 fantastic columns, all of which you can find through Rebel News Media.
- Our Club Penguin News Team plays a vital role in bringing new members to our community through their in-depth guides. Covering the many parties and catalogs on CPJourney and CPLegacy, the team released 85 articles in 2025!
- Despite a summer hiatus, the Tuxedo Times made its grand comeback over the fall and has had weekly releases ever since. A total of 26 issues were published last year, including a total of 31 puzzles! Out of those puzzles, there were 945 submissions!
- The celebrations didn’t stop! Our Party Planning Committee hosted 6 lively parties packed with festive activities, while our Contest Team delivered 6 creative contests and received a total of 115 submissions!
- Rebels were on an incredible winning streak in 2025, dominating all 4 CPArmies tournaments! Throughout those battles, RPF won 19 rooms and tied only 3!
- Our army branches rivaled 15 times. Out of 7 Branch Battles, Air Force won 1 and Navy won 6! Out of 8 Break days, Air Force won 6 and Navy won 2! So, did Navy own? Or was Air Force the best force?

Christmas Chaos is reaching its boiling point, and the Rebels were locked in. In Operation: CCXV Semis vs ACP, we logged onto CPAB – Ice Breaker to face the Army of Club Penguin in the Semi-Finals! Both armies traded sharp formations and decisive tactics from start to finish, refusing to back down. When it was all over, only one army stood ready to advance. Did RPF punch their ticket to the Finals, or did ACP halt the charge? The answer awaits in the recap below.

During the Christmas season, the streets are bustling with carolers filling the air with traditional festive tunes. So, we took this concept and put our own Rebel twist on it. In Operation: Keep on Ca-Rolling Baby, we logged onto CPJ – Marshmallow to do some tactics before going door-to-door in a classic igloo raid event. We donned our musical scarves, warmed up our flippers and vocal cords, and now bring us some figgy pudding. Click the link below to listen to Little Drummer Boy.

Candy canes that are red and white, some Christmas lights and a snowy bright night! For Operation: Checking off Santa’s Quest List, we logged on to CPJ – Frozen wearing our cutesy red Santa hats. Just because it was Christmas week, that does not stop us from having Santa approved tactics, and tighter than a Christmas bow’s formations. With the CPJ Christmas party, we ended the second half of the event helping one another with the community party quests! For a recap, check out the link below!
