Welcome to the third edition of the Art Column, where our reporters see and critique pieces in the #art channel and choose which to feature from members of the Rebel Penguin Federation.
By definition, “art” can be best described as…
“…the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.”
Due to this, the Art Column’s purpose is to promote all types of art. This includes whether it’s digital or physical, something you can hear or something you can see, and even if it’s RPF related or not. However, please do also keep in mind due so many members in our group, not everyone will get recognized each week. Nonetheless, we hope you enjoy our weekly gallery and keep creating!

This week’s Featured Artist is bručoun_saturn, aka Saturn!
Saturn earned this week’s Featured Artist with her nicely detailed raccoon drawing! Her inspiration for this piece was for a friend who loves raccoons. Besides loving raccoons, I’m sure Saturn’s friend would love this too! Adding on, the materials were nothing specific or special, “just paper and two pencils“. This shows that you can make something great out of something simple! Make sure to congratulate Saturn when you see her in chat!

Being the Rebel Penguin Federation, we have to include art related to us in this post of course! Here is some Club Penguin & RPF related art made by none other than our fellow troops!

In this classic drawing made by MarkDaBomb578, it shows a RPF troop in uniform! This uniform is a past troop favorite that still presents itself today when RPF uses CPArmies. Fight the Good Fight!

This art stood out among the rest with the great graphic design skills used to create it! In this piece “Bank Robbery” by Kanewardx, it shows a modern day Fire Ninja special agent combination penguin escaping. Furthermore, the lighting effects and details of the mask and clothes were awesome!

In this cute drawing made by Yoshi, it shows Deena from Animal Crossing in a RPF uniform! Yoshi thought she would look cute in this uniform, and I certainly agree! This is a very adorable crossover!

Moon Characters!

This theme originally sprouted from Crazzy and Pookie437, who were in a stream with other troops styling Moon’s iconic profile picture of Kirby in different ways. Above, only a few of many made were featured, but there are plenty of good ones to see!
