OUT OF TIME

As both groups tried to reunite once again, the rebels were forced to face the hardships and hostilities of the unexplored ancient lands. However, it wasn’t the threat of the frenzied dinosaurs or the gelid winds that concerned them, but the sake of an entire community, which was at stake. As they waddled for hours under extreme conditions, a bright light could be seen in the distance. ”That must be it, another portal, we need to hurry!” Exclaimed everyone in unison. As the portals in both timelines were about to close, danger growing closer with each passing second, the rebels managed to escape to another era.

Dazed and confused, the group looks around, trying to find a clue regarding their whereabouts. A depressing, dark space surrounds them. ”Is this… the future?” Elexonck wondered. After examining the place, the rebels deduce that all that time travelling has caused a disruption in the flow of space-time, and it’s caused them to land in a dystopian timeline where RPF never existed.

”Anyone seen F6?” Elexonck asks the crew, after counting everyone. There was indeed no sign of F6sixer anywhere, as if he’d just magically vanished. Suddenly, an evil laugh alerted the rebels. The villain had emerged for the last time. ”Did you really think your silly plan to bring back RPF by travelling through time to find Commando would work? How incredibly foolish of you! Well, as they say, time is of the essence, and I have none left for you lot, any last words?”

Honoring the rebellion’s motto, Elexonck was quick to yell: ”FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT!” And just like that, all rebels jumped at the hooded figure, attacking with their trusty guitars, and swiftly overpowering it. Once the fight was over, Elexonck bravely stepped closer to the sinister individual and pulled down their hood. Everyone stared in shock as a bright light consumed the timeline and reverted the unusual time oddities that had happened.

 F6sixer lets out a sigh of relief upon confirming that the new version of Rebel Banker is working accordingly. Completely oblivious to everything that had happened, F6sixer takes a glance at main chat, and he is pleased to see troops going about their daily business, and Officers hyping up the upcoming EU/US gala that has been put together by the PPC. After a succesful weekend, it’s time for a well-deserved break.With the situation seemingly resolved, and with no recollection of the disastrous events, the identity of the hooded figure still remains a mystery.

A TWIST IN TIME

After a lot of coaxing and bargaining, the Rebels finally convinced the young Commando to travel back to 2021 with them and see for himself what RPF could have been. They walk over to the glowing portal, ready to be warped back into the future. 

WOOSH!!

F6Sixer lands on his feet as the portal closes, but something seems to be incredibly wrong. Instead of the white rug of his room that he was standing on just this morning, he found himself on…ice? He lifts his head up and sees the same look of confusion on the Rebels’ faces as they look around their cold icy surroundings. As he looks around with them, he notices mammoths in the distance, miles and miles of ice and snow, and no Elexonck in sight. 

“Elex!” He shouts, as if his fellow leader somehow just got lost within the small crowd of Rebels. He hears someone shout his name back, but the voice seems to come from the sky. “Elex, where are you?”

“Not in 2021, that’s for sure.” Elexonck’s voice replies back. A loud, terrifying roar follows, giving F6Sixer the answer he needed.

The Rebels conclude that they have been separated into two groups–one of which travelled to the Ice Age while the other went way back into the Mesozoic Era, explaining the dinosaur roars. Thankfully, the space-time anomaly somehow allowed them to communicate despite the different timelines. 

Just then, the hooded figure appeared once again; hands clapping slowly in amusement. “Did you really think you can revive RPF just by re-motivating your precious founder? I can’t be stopped that easily. If you still want to continue with your little mission, then wait for several million years until you’re back in 2007!” With a maniacal laugh, the hooded figure disappears into another portal, leaving the Rebels stuck with a distorted flow of time and more desperate than ever.
