SUMMER OLYMPICS 2021: OPEINING CEREMONY [EU]

Hello Rebels, the long-awaited RPF Summer Olympics has finally began! The four teams Aegis, Anaklusmos, Caduceus and Machari had a mythological four-way battle which is sure to make it into the history books. Wearing our team uniforms we headed onto Club Penguin Rewritten in order to start the Olympics off with a bang. Good luck everyone, may the odds be in your favour!

OPERATION: JUST KEEP SWIMMING [AUSIA]

It’s time for Finding Nemo our AUSIA event! For today’s swimmingly cool event, we logged on to ZIPLINE – CPRewritten, where we wore awesome swimming outfits. We all had a good workout as we showed off our fantastic freestyle strokes tactics and beautiful butterfly strokes forms! Amazing work Rebels, you’re ready for the next Olympics!!!

For today’s US event, we logged onto Zipline – CPRewritten for Operation: House Party! In this event, the Rebels visited other people’s igloos to help them earn the igloo stamps you get by having a certain amount of penguins in your igloo. It was a very fun raid event as we performed amazing tactics and smooth forms! Amazing job today Rebels!

TROOP INTERVIEWS – PINKPOP222, TATTY, SKYLINE LAZER, ROSE

This week marks the seventy-second official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Brenatto, Yvng, Mars, Cracked, and Guinz) asks two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have the same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its own unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked to give us a better understanding of each soldier and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of soldiers here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it will be difficult to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!

Dressed in uniform, we practiced our seeking skills around the island, while also hiding from others who were trying to find us. You don’t have to be a detective to see that we did an amazing job at today’s event!

Summer Olympics 2021 Scoreboard

GUIDE TO SCORING

For every gold medal a team gets, they will receive 30 points.

For every silver medal a team gets, they will receive 20 points.

For every bronze medal a team gets, they will receive 10 points.

An underdog bonus is awarded if a team receives first place after getting last (fourth) place in the event before. It is worth 5 points.

A streak bonus is awarded when a team gets first place three times in a row. It resets after every bonus (winning four times in a row will not get you the bonus twice) and is worth 10 points.

Other bonus points are sometimes awarded as a result of a team earning multiple of the same medal at one event. Gold is worth 5 points, Silver is worth 3 points, and Bronze is worth 1 point.
