PET COLUMN – DINOSAUR, PIPPA, EDITH & MADARA

Hey there Rebels! Welcome back to another edition of the Pet Column, where Yodabobobo, Cracked, Jaeun, and Yas meet the pets of the RPF! Post your pets in the #pets channel and you may have a chance of being interviewed for an upcoming column. Hope you enjoy reading about our furry friends!

Meet Scout Medic Yoshi’s Chickens!

Names: Dinosaur, Pippa & Edith

Age: Dinosaur is 4 years old, Pippa & Edith are 8 months old
Breed: Goldline
Favourite Food: Layers Mash

Our Pet Columnist Yas reached out to Yoshi for an interview about her chickens!

Yas: What’s your favourite memory or story with them?
Yoshi: hmm well i hate to single out a chicken but i’ve always had a soft spot for dinosaur :,) and a memory that sticks with me is back in 2017 when one day i was sitting on a bench and she jumped onto the bench, walked onto my lap and just stayed there and i started stroking her and she was so calm & relaxed <3 and she’s done that ever since and sometimes if i’m sad or anxious i will sit with her on the bench bc it makes me feel so calm 😀

Yas: What do you think your pets would dress up as for Halloween?
Yoshi: edith would be a devil i’m sure, sometimes she is so evil and is always pecking my phone or my legs LOOL
pippa is very sweet and her colour is close to that of a pumpkin, so i see her wearing one of those rly cute poofy pumpkin/jack-o-lantern costumes that would be adorable on her
dinosaur would well dress up as…a dinosaur, idk LMAO

Yas: If your pets could have jobs, what job would they have?
Yoshi: edith is very energetic and is always jumping veryyyy high for leaves so i see her being an athlete doing high-jump in the chicken olympics >:)
pippa loves to eat so maybe one of those food critics (except that might not work as she will eat anything dsdlhfg)
dinosaur could totally be the headmistress at a chicken school, she’s at the top of the pecking order and does not hesitate to put the other two in their place LMAO

Meet Colonel Scarlemagne’s Cat

Name: Madara

Age: 2 years old
Breed: Unknown
Favorite Food: Anything, especially carrots

Interviewer Cracked got a chance to speak to Scarlemagne about Madara!

Cracked: What would your cat be named if Madara wasn’t an option?
Scarlemagne: Honestly it was between Madara and Dumpling! I really like the idea of naming pets after food, but I’ve always wanted to name one of my pets Madara so this little guy was given the name.

Cracked: Is Madara a sleepyhead or does he like to stay active?
Scarlemagne: Oh he’s definitely active. He’s always parkouring all over my room. Constantly. I wish he were a sleepyhead! Gotta love energetic cats, Madara likes to climb on my shoulders if I’m sitting. What silly little creatures.

Cracked: What would your dream vacation with Madara be?
Scarlemagne: I’d like to go to the beach and then maybe a hike in the mountains with him! I don’t think he knows how to swim, but I think it would be a fun hypothetical.
I always see adventure cat Instagrams and it makes me very jealous! It looks like such a cute lifestyle to have and the cats look like they’re enjoying themselves.

Cracked: What do you love most about Madara?
Scarlemagne: I love how cuddly he is! He loves cuddling and snuggling with me, and whenever I’m having a bad day, he seems to know and he comes over to sit or lay with me. He’s one of my best friends and my silly little tax evader. I couldn’t ask for a better cat!

That’s all we got for this week’s pet column! Stay tuned for the next issue of the RPF Pet Column! Until till then, keep showing off your awesome pets and show them your rebel love and affection!
