Coming off of an exciting semi-finals week, both the Rebel Penguin Federation and Army of Club Penguin were entering the Fright or Fight finals with all the momentum in the world. The RPF – ACP matchup is almost as old as the army scene itself. The Rebels maxed 110 penguins online in their semi finals matchup against the Help Force, while the Army of Club Penguin maxed an astounding 113 against the Ice Warriors, beating their CPPS record. With sizes poised to be similar, this battle would come down to speed, crisp forms, and speedy and creative tactics. ROOM 1 – ICEBERG
The Rebel Penguin Federation entered the iceberg with a strong “DEFENDING CLOVERS WITH THE SPENDING FROM DONORS” bomb, while the Army of Club Penguin entered with a fierce bomb of their own. The Rebels formed up into an X form, taking a good central formation, while the Army of Club Penguin took a plane form (a plus with a line at the bottom. With the RPF-ACP matchup having some recent history behind it, both armies swapped quick word tactics. The Rebels made their confidence known, shooting quick tactics like “ARMY OF CORRUPT PRIZES” and “CSWHY DO YOU GUYS EVEN TRY,” referencing the ACP’s leader, CSY. The Army of Club Penguin fired back with tactics like “DON’T BE TOO MISREBEL IF YOU LOSE” and “THE CPREWRITTEN ARMIES STAY WINNING!” ACP bombed out of their plus form into a V-esque form. The Rebels kept the tactics coming from their X form. After spending a little more time in their X form, the Rebels left their form with their signature “RPFOWNS” x6 bomb, which turned into an E9 (angry faces) waterfall, which ended in an EV rake. ACP bombed out of their V form, while the RPF took the plane form. ACP ended up encircling the Iceberg. Tactics kept coming from both sides, with the Army of Club Penguin attempting to keep their momentum. ACP fired off tactics like “WE WOULD EAT YOUR BRAINSSSSSS IF YOU HAD ANY” and “GREEN TOGETHER FAMILY FOREVER.” The Rebels fought back with “ULTIPENGUINJ SENDS HIS REGARDS” and “ARMY OF RPF REJECTS.” The judges ruled that the Rebel Penguin Federation won Room 1 due to cleaner forms, quicker tactics, and a slight size advantage.
