The Betrayal

Since becoming leaders of the RPF, Link and I have done our best to be the best that we can be. We’ve tried our hardest and often, we’ve managed to be victorious in conflicts and tournaments due to our efforts, most recently in today’s March Madness.

However, not everyone will be happy with this, and sadly, Link and I were faced today with one of the worst losses and blows that we have experienced.

Due to a whistleblower, we became aware of a plot made by some of our own HCOM members, who it seems were unhappy with our efforts in running this army. Instead of bringing their concerns to us directly, they unfortunately chose the underhanded route, plotting what can only be described as a coup d’état against us.

I then quickly exported a log of the chat, the highlights of which are below:

After this, an extremely dangerous, malicious plan becomes clear, where the HCOM members clearly were willing to throw safety to the wind for their aims.

The team are even willing to doxx for their aims.

They plan to get Commado on board to assist in the coup.

However, it was at this point Lance began to get cold feet. Icy toes, chilly footsies.
The otheres try to steel his resolve, but its futile.

And thus, Link and I became aware of the plot.

Z3ming and Cracked will be removed from their roles with immediate effect.

While we appreciate Lance bringing it to our attention, he was still involved initially, so he will be demoted to Brigadier General.

It is heartbreaking that it came to this, and the betrayal from our much-trusted HCOM members hurts. But we are doing what we have to do.

Please let this serve as a cautionary tale to solve matters diplomatically, instead of being underhanded, in future.
