This week marks the ninetieth official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Cracked, EllaBella, and EssAreTee) asks two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have the same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked to give us a better understanding of each troop and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of members here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it won’t be easy to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!
We have three interviews this week with Puffle, Hawtsus and Erik_jjj.
Puffle
Hey everyone, im EssAreTee, but you can call me Ess, and I’ll be your host on this latest edition of Troop Interviews! We will start with the interview EssAreTee (Woah, im the first!) made to Puffle, a troop which has been in rpf quite a while, and is currently a Specialist! Let’s get into it!
When did you join rpf? And how did you discover it?
I begin by asking Puffle when he joined rpf, and how he discovered it. Puffle says he’s been in rpf since 2019, but he was in another army before. Woah Puffle!! You joined a while ago.
What do you specially like about rpf?
My second question is what he likes most about rpf. Puffle responds directly, saying that he likes the idea of defending and invading servers, as well as the economy of the server. In my opinion, the rebel cash system is one of the best economic systems you can find in a discord server.
What do you think of rpf events? Do you think they can be improved in any way?
The next question from our interview is about Puffle’s opinion of the events that take place on the server. Puffle replies that he loves them, and that they’re fun, but adds that they could be more fun with more flash tactics and using more casual rooms.
I agree with this opinion, and I answered by saying that they are very good ideas.
What do you think about CCXII? Do you like the tournament system? And, do you think rpf can won the cup?
I continue my interview with Puffle asking him about his opinions, but in this case, about CCXII, about the tournament system and about the possibility of rpf winning the cup. Puffle gives a direct answer, saying that the tournament system is perfect like this, adding that he thinks we can win the cup. I hope we can win the cup too.
Do you have any special hobbies or talents?
For this question, I change the scene of the interview, this time asking Puffle about his hobbies or talents. Puffle responds by saying that he really likes The Object Show, showing an example of one of his favorite characters. The Object Show is so cool! Totally reccomended.
What do you think about pets? Do you like them? If you do, whats your favourite pet?
My last question to Puffle was about his opinion on pets. Puffle replies that he doesn’t have any, but given a choice, he would like to have one since they help you cope. That´s totally true Puffle!! Pets help you cope and they are so cute too!
To end the interview, I gave Puffle a chance to say a few last words, which he uses to wish rpf luck in the CCXII finals! Thank you so much Puffle for trusting us in the finals!
Hawtsus
The second interview of this edition will be the one that EllaBella has done with Hawtsus, a troop who has the rank of Major on the server!! Let’s get to the point!
How long have you been a part of rpf?
EllaBella starts with the typical question of how long has she been a part of rpf. Hawtsus replies that she joined rpf in September of last year, but time has passed too quickly. Indeed Hawtsus, time passes very quickly for everyone and that cannot be changed 🙁
What made you want to stay in rpf?
For the next interview question, EllaBella asks Hawtsus why she stayed in rpf. Hawtsus replies by explaining that she made many friends here. In addition, she adds that she loves the events that are organized. You are absolutely right Hawtsus! In rpf you can always make new friends since there will always be someone who understands you here 🙂
Who is your favourite staff member?
To continue the interview, EllaBella asks Hawtsus about her favorite staff member. Hawtsus replies that she doesn’t have favorites, since she gets along very well with everyone even if she crosses out that Ella is her favorite. That hurt me 🙁
What do you like to do outside of rpf?
EllaBella continues her interview by asking Hawtsus what she likes to do in the outside world. She responds by saying that if she is not studying, she is with her friends, watching series, playing video games, etc. You have things you like to do, that’s great!
If you could lead your own event, how would you create it?
With her hobbies already answered, EllaBella asks Hawtsus about what her custom event would be like. Hawtsus clarifies that she would prefer to do a lottery breakday event, but if it has to be a club penguin event, she opts for a whirlpool event. Nice decision Hawtsus! the truth is that it is a very good idea.
What’s the favourite thing about this tournament?
To end the interview, EllaBella asks Hawtsus about her opinion of the tournament in which we are in the finals, Christmas Chaos XII. She replies that she loves this tournament, since nothing describes Christmas like a bit of Christmas Chaos. Yes, Christmas isn’t only a happy celebration, but a competitive tournament.
Before ending the interview, EllaBella asks Hawtsus if she wants to add anything else, to which she responds with “eat fried rice, stay in school and good luck to everyone in this finals season” Woah, those words touched my heart, especially the fried rice one <3
Erik_jjj
Our last interview of this edition is the one that our interviewer Cracked will do to Erik_jjj, a troop that has been with us for a long time!
How long have you been around in rpf?
Cracked’s first question to Erik is about how long he’s been in rpf. Erik replies that he joined us three years ago, but he wasn’t as active as he is now. You are a true veteran Erik!!
What your goals in RPF were at first and how they changed over the time?
Cracked’s second question is about the goals Erik had in the beginning and the ones he has today. Erik answers by saying that on day 1 he didn’t have any goals, but around 2021 he set himself several goals to achieve, such as being a specialist and getting TOTW. It seems you have met your goals, congratulations!
What has been your favourite moment in RPF so far?
After congratulating Erik on meeting his goals, Cracked asks him about his favorite moment in RPF. Erik responds by saying that he’s had a lot of good times, but if he has to pick one, he’ll stick with his first RPF Olympics, plus his Hunger Games simulator appearances. He even has a rival, Crow! I hope you are enjoying RPF, and that you get more best moments! Among us Olympics are 100% real no fake.
What is your favourite type of event?
To continue the interview, Cracked asks Erik about his favorite type of events, to which he replies that his favorite events have been the Dress the Music events, which he created with the help of Master DS. I love those kinds of events, and I hope there will be more soon!
What is the thing you’ve enjoyed the least?
After the question about his favorite type of event, Cracked asks about the moments that he has enjoyed the least in RPF (there has to be everything in this life, good and bad moments). Erik answers this question by explaining that he does not like when he was purged but, other than that, he doesn’t have any bad moments that he has suffered in RPF. I hate being purged too 🙁
Would you rather be stuck in a room full of spiders or a room full of wasps?
Cracked asks Erik a very random question typical of Clown Cracked, the question being whether he would rather be in a room full of wasps or a room full of spiders. Erik no doubt answers that spiders are easier to deal with than wasps. I hate wasps, spiders are cute come on 🙁
Before ending the interview. Cracked asks Erik if he wanted to add anything else to the interview. Erik mentions a couple of names like DS, Gianna or Emerald, and also declares war on Rebel Bot, saying that he will crash her again. Whoops, Rebel Bot, be careful!
