BOO! Did I scare ya? It’s spooky season folks! Halloween has crept up on us in this CPJ Halloween Party, and the Club Penguin News Team is back again with a guide to unveil all the bone-chilling secrets and spooky treasures in this ghoulish party. Without further delay, let’s dive in!
CATALOGUE ITEMS
First, let us see what they have to offer us in the party catalogue! If you click on the candy symbol on the top right corner of your screen, you will access the candy catalogue, where there are tons of new clothing and furniture items that you can buy using candies! There only way to collect candies is to dawn the Ghoul Detector costume from the Gift Shop, and dance in Town, Plaza, or the Haunted House!
If you click on the black tentacle in the bottom left corner, you can buy Vampire Fangs for 250 candies!
If you click on the bottom of the tombstone, you can buy the Haunted Basket for 250 candies!
If you click on the top part of the tombstone, you can buy Pegasus Wings for 300 candies!
CANDY SCAVENGER HUNT
It wouldn’t be a Halloween party without a classic candy scavenger hunt! To start the hunt, click on the pumpkin basket on the top right corner of your screen.
There, you will be shown a series of riddles to find each candy across the island.
Here are the locations for all candies:
First candy – Beach
Second candy – Snow Forts
Third candy – Iceberg
Fourth candy – Gift Shop
Fifth candy – Pizza Parlor
Sixth candy – Ski Lodge
Seventh candy – Plaza
Eighth candy – Beacon
Once you have found all eight candies, click on the “Claim Prize” to get The Suspicious Outfit as your completion prize!
BACKROOMS MAZE
I don’t know how many of you are familiar with the lore, but the CPJ team decided to surprise us with a completely new Halloween festivity by introducing the Backrooms! You can enter it through the portal in Snow Forts!
Down below is a series of images that will help you navigate across the twists and turns of the unsettling and eerie Backrooms. Just follow the green arrows to get through this challenging maze!
Once you enter the last room, the game will reward you with The Entity Costume for completing the maze! Once you claim your prize, you can exit the maze through the portal.
FREE ITEMS
And lastly, let us see what the party has to offer for free! If you head on over to Plaza and click on the box in the bottom left corner, you will receive a beautiful pair of Pumpkin Antenneas!
If you head over to the Haunted House (accessible through Forest or any posters around the island)…
… you can take home your very own Pumpkin Head by clicking on the box on the top left corner!
