After nearly four years, the Island Adventure Party has returned to Club Penguin Legacy, but this time a mysterious infestation has begun spreading across the island, transforming familiar locations into wild and overgrown landscapes! This party guide will take you through the Field Journal, Migrator Catalog, free items, and all the Party Stamps available during the event! So grab your explorer’s gear, prepare for the unexpected, and set off on an unforgettable expedition to uncover the secrets behind the Island Infestation!

This event is from July 9 – July 18 2026, so let’s dive in with all free items, fun catalog, along with stamps that you can get! First up is the Field Journal!


During this party, you will need to find 10 Plants and 12 Bugs to help with the infestation! Finding both the bugs and plants will help you complete the “Complete the Journal’s bug section” and “Complete the Journal’s plant section” quest. Without further ado, let’s begin bug section!
There are 10 bugs to find, scattered over the island! Before you can find them, you need to go to the cove
Once you go to the Cove, click on the binoculars to you see you where you need to go so the bugs can come out.

Afterwards, head over to the Beach!

Once at the beach, go the Migrator so it can take you to the island.

Once on the Migrator, follow the yellow arrow to hoist the anchor and start the trip; it will take you 2-3 mins to reach the island.

Once you reach the hidden island, you will see Rockhopper and Waitaha talking and explaining what’s happening around the island. Once they are done, head back to the boat and once you arrive back to the island. the bugs will show all over for you to find!
Lets get to searching! DON’T FORGET TO BRING THE NET WITH YOU!

Bug Number 1

Bug one can be found in the Snow Forts: the bug found here is a Caterpillar. The Caterpillar is located next to the flag on the right side.
Bug Number 2

Bug two can be found in the Stadium (The Super Pool): the bug found here is a Culex Mosquito. The Culex Mosquito is located on the purple flowers.
Bug Number 3

Bug three can be found in the Ski Village: the bug found here is a Luna Moth. The Luna Moth is located on top of the palm tree.
Bug Number 4

Bug four can be found in the Tree Fort located in the Forest: the bug found here is a Rosy Maple Moth. The Rosy Maple Moth is located on top of the tree.
Bug Number 5

Bug five can be found is in the Hidden Lake: the bug found here is a Rubber Ducky Isopod. The Rubber Ducky Isopod is located on top of the top of the Pink Moss.
Bug Number 6

Bug six can be found in the Plaza: the bug found here is a Praying Mantis. The Praying Mantis is located next to the nets.
Bug Number 7

Bug seven can be found in the Cove: the bug found here is a Orb Weaver. The Orb Weaver is located above the binoculars.
Bug Number 8

Bug eight can be found in the Dock: the bug found here is a Rhinoceros Beetle. The Rhinoceros Beetle is located on the top right tree under the M badge.
Bug Numbers 9 and 10

Bugs nine and ten can be found at the Beach: the bugs found here are a Ladybug and a Cuckoo Wasp. The Ladybug can be found on the right side of the beach where the purple flowers are, while the Cuckoo wasp is located on the left side of the beach on top of the orange flower.
Bug Numbers 11 and 12

The last two bugs can be found in the Forest: the bugs found here are a Bumblebee and a Jewel Beetle. The Bumblebee is located of the left side of the forest by the tree branch, while the Jewel Beetle is can be found on top of the hot pin flower.
Now that all the bugs are found. it’s time to find all the plants!

“Complete the Journal’s plant section” quest is currently locked will update with the plants located once its unlocked.

Rockhopper’s ship is here for the party, alongside a catalog with a bunch of cool items!
