DCP War Recap

July 15th, 2020 was the start to a brief, but powerful war between the Doritos of Club Penguin and the Rebel Penguin Federation. The declaration of war was announced simultaneously with the Ice Warriors and Dark Warriors. All 3 armies that now make up the Black Ice Alliance also scheduled invasions on DCP at the same time, for 3 different pieces of land.

On July 16th, 2020 RPF hit a max of 111 at the Invasion of Chinook. We successfully reclaimed territory that holds special history to RPF.

Also on July 16th, RPF announced the big reveal of the Black Ice Alliance. The debut can be found here. This alliance has been cohesive for a little while now, but became official to the army community Thursday evening. This was in response to the dismantlement of the New Dawn Alliance, also known as NDA. The Elites, ACP, LGA, PZF, and several other armies involved retreated from this alliance, leaving DCP by themselves. Official statements from a few of those armies can be found here and here.

Towards the end of the night on the 16th, DCP announced that they are leaving the league. At first, they were looking to shut down entirely, but had second thoughts. As a declaration of independence, they are isolating themselves from the CPAH league and focusing on their community. DCP’s remaining servers became free land on the map, meaning they’re up for grabs for any army that chooses to invade them. The announcement regarding their departure can be found here. On July 17th, RPF successfully invaded DCP’s land, Frozen, with a max of 71.

On the last day, July 18th, RPF had a joint event with the Black Ice Alliance. With a max of 79 and BIA hitting 153, we’ve successfully claimed Summit. RPF, IW, and DW have officially wiped DCP off the map and out of the league.

With that being said, Cosmo and I are proud of everyone who participated in making this war as successful as can be. Despite not having much competition, we overcame so many little obstacles along the way. Without the help of our troops, moderators and HCOM this wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you to IW and DW leaders for coming together with RPF to make this all happen. Our power-house trifecta bodied the competition, and definitely made a statement to the community. We’ve created the strongest alliance to ever exist, knocked our enemies off the map and out of the league, and had a boat load of fun along the way. RPF continues to prevail time after time, and I’m so proud of you all. Thanks for this amazing experience and congratulations on another dub.
