With Halloween drawing ever closer, the streets of Gotham are getting increasingly dangerous to traverse alone. Gothamites are nothing if not willing to lean into the scary however, and despite the Arkham breakout, they’re getting ready to celebrate the holiday! From 26 October 2026 until 1 November 2026, Gotham’s Halloween will be in full swing, and the RPF server is more than willing to get involved too! Keep reading to find out how you can get involved and earn an exclusive role for your efforts!
Bingo
You can’t have an RPF party without some kind of checklist, and this Halloween is no different. Complete tasks and fill out the boxes on your board to earn Rebel Cash. If you complete the entire grid then you’ll earn the exclusive Arkham Inmate role. Each time you complete a task, get in touch with a member of HCOM. You can find out more about the individual tasks below.

If you haven’t done so already, be sure to answer our character quiz! Just follow the instructions on the post, and once you’ve been assigned a character check out this post to learn a bit more about them!
Solve the Mystery
Batman is nothing if not the world’s greatest detective. Commissioner Gordon has called him in as a body has been found in the city. Throughout the week you’ll need to gather evidence and work out who was responsible. Be sure to keep an eye on the Discord server for the first bits of information. Information about suspects will be provided, so even if you’re unfamiliar with Batman you can still work it out.
Attend a Breakday (or Rebel Shenanigans event)
Throughout the week, HCOM will be hosting a number of themed events outside of Club Penguin. This will include our reguarly scheduled Monday breakday, but also a number of Rebel Shenanigans events just incase you’re unable to attend the breakday. Be sure to keep an eye on #the-batsignal for updates.
Go Trick or Treating
A classic Halloween event is being brought back! Use this form to send your friends a message! You can either send them a trick or a treat! Once you’ve submitted a message and chosen a card to send then HCOM will see that your message arrives safely. You can send a message at any time by using the .trickortreat command!
Design Batman a new gadget
Batman has had plenty of gadgets over the years, and is constanly expanding his inventory. Use this form to let us know what tool or gadget you would create to help him in his crusade against crime in Gotham. You can find this form at any time by using the .gadget command!
Fatson Picrew
Our very own Second in Command, Moonlemur, has kindly created the Official RPF Fatson Picrew! You can use this to decorate our favourite Rebel Commander and put him in a varitety of different situations depending on your mood. Once you’ve dressed him and put him in a situation, share it with a member of HCOM to be marked down. Feel free to share it with your friends in the server too in the #fatson channel! He usually is a popular sight!

Five Gothamites have had an emoji associated with them hidden around the RPF server and website. Take a look around to find where they are, and DM a member of HCOM to let them know where you’ve found them. Please note that the release of these is staggered, so keep an eye on #gotham-gazette to find out when another can be found. The five emojis that you’re looking for can be found below.

Halloween Name
To mark this box off, just give your RPF server profile a Halloween themed name! It doesn’t need to be Batman related but it’s fun if you want to get involved!
Halloween Drops
Throughout the week, HCOM will be dropping the image found below in #wayne-manor. If you happen to be around when one of these happens, you’ll have 30 minutes to DM the HCOM that sent it to let them know you’ve seen it. From there you’ll be elligible to enter a giveaway. Please note that if a drop happens after an event, then you will have needed to have attended the event to be elligible.
Attend the Gala
You don’t want to miss out on the Halloween Gala! This year’s will be held on Sunday 1 November, so no need to worry if you’re out on Halloween night. This will be held at our regular EU time. Due to the schedule changing for the Gala, and for DST changes, this week’s event schedule can be found below.
