To learn more about members who have made a positive impact in the RPF community, the Rebel Broadcast Team meets with different staff and troops for the Troop Interviews column!
For this edition, we met with Lieutenant General Ohasa, Officer Cadet Elsa, and Captain Purplefloral.
Ohasa
We begin with Lieutenant General Ohasa, who was interviewed by Second in Command Ella. Joining in March of 2021, Ohasa has been a long-standing Rebel, making him a fantastic candidate for the column!
What has been a big part of your experience since joining?
Ella began the interview by asking Ohasa what has played the biggest role in his RPF experience. After enlisting, he quickly found his niche in the Graphics Team, where he can express his graphic design creativity through server parties and tournaments. He then followed up about his appreciation for the many friends he continues to make, and hopes to inspire others to feel the same contentment!
Is there anything you’d like to see again, or anything new in RPF in the future?
For Ella’s second question, Ohasa stated he’d like to see the return of RPF merchandise! As for things to come, he’s interested in seeing a larger variety of formations incorporated into our events. Ella then hinted that’s something that could very well happen!
Do you hope to reach HCOM status someday?
When asked if he’d like to reach the status of HCOM in the future, Ohasa was eager to say yes! He hopes to reach that milestone this year, and we’re excited to see the many achievements he’ll surely accomplish!
What is your favorite thing about being staff in RPF?
Through the years that Ohasa has been in the server, Ella was curious to know what aspect of being staff he finds to be the most gratifying. It came down to appreciating the teamwork and passion it takes to be an Officer when assembling a successful event.
What are some random fun facts about you?
For Ella’s final question, we discovered a few interesting facts about Ohasa! To begin, he impressively rode horses English style and participated in hunter jumper competitions for 7 years! Furthering his competitive side, he also held the speedrun win rate for the game Dragon Tax Simulator 2015 up until 10 months ago. As for one of his favorite snacks, he loves Ritz crackers – especially the ones with cheese filling. Can’t go wrong there!

Elsa
Interviewed by General T_T, Officer Cadet Elsa has played an integral part of our community, impressively climbing the ranks towards staff. After her return, her devotion has impressed us all. Let’s learn more about her!
What’s your favorite food?
Beginning the interview, T_T was curious to know what Elsa’s favorite food was. We discovered she loves a fresh strawberry, finding them to be “cool”!
With this being your second run climbing the ranks, what has made you stay both times?
For T_T’s following question, Elsa opened up on her RPF journey. Having previously been a Rebel during the CPRewritten days, she made an outstanding comeback in June. What motivated her the most was playing a part in the 2024 Legends Cup, and the welcoming community that came with it. Her achievements and enthusiasm has not gone unnoticed!
What type of events do you like the most, and what has been your favorite so far?
RPF hosts many events and activities, so T_T asked which she liked the most, and what has been her favorite thus far. With the CPAB island decorations, unique formations, and festive fashion, she found the Halloween themed events to be the most entertaining! When it comes to what she enjoys the most, she appreciates participating in tournaments and battles against other armies.
Do you have any goals for what rank you’d like to achieve in the RPF?
For T_T’s fourth question, he was curious to know what Elsa’s goals are in terms of ranks. She’s grateful for having reached Officer Cadet since her epic return, and aims to reach Brigadier General or above soon. As she continues to contribute to the RPF, we’re looking forward to her success!
What would you say is your favorite RPF memory?
T_T finished his interview asking what has been Elsa’s favorite RPF memory! She indulged about her positive experience during the 2024 Summer Olympics and 2025 Winter Olympics, and how Team Ensemble and Team Shinka encouraged her to break out of her shell. We’re incredibly thankful Elsa has found her place here!

Purplefloral
Conducting the final interview, Lieutenant General Artistic23 met with Captain Purplefloral! Despite recently joining, her enthusiasm and dedication to RPF has been admirable, and we’re curious to know more about her experience here.
How did you join RPF?
To kick-start the interview, Artistic23 asked Purplefloral how she first discovered RPF. After a recommendation from a close friend, she curiously enlisted. We’re surely glad she found us, and has been an active member ever since!
Do you have a your rank goal?
Making great leaps rising the ranks, Artistic23 inquired about promotions, and what rank Purplefloral has her eyes set on. She hopes to reach Officer Cadet some day, and is also inspired to be HCOM!
What has been your favorite event, and if you could plan one, what would it be?
Having participated in many events since joining in December, Artistic23 wanted to know which was Purpleflorals favorite one thus far. She enjoyed the ‘Train or Shine’ event the most, which was organized on CPJourney during the Festival of Flight mini-party. Following up, she expressed an interest in seeing a wizard themed event!
Besides RPF, what else do you like to do for fun?
For Artistic23’s fourth question, she asked Purplefloral what she does for fun outside of participating in RPF activities. We discovered she’s an avid gamer – playing video games such as Roblox, Stardew Valley, and Minecraft! Not only that, she also enjoys spending time with her friends, and going shopping!
What’s motivated you to get to where you are now in RPF, and what would you say has made you stay a part of the group?
Artistic23 wondered what inspires Purplefloral the most as a troop, and what has influenced her to stay in the community. She finds that participating in events is the most gratifying, and also motivates her to be promoted! In addition, Purplefloral has remained in the server for the genuine friendships she has made.
What’s a fun fact about yourself?
Wanting to learn a bit more about Purplefloral, Artistic23 asked what are some fun facts about her! She has been active on Club Penguin since the original days of its creation, and has been a player ever since. She then expanded on how she came up with her username, mentioning that it’s both her favorite color, and since she works with flowers, incorporated that in as well.
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Wrapping up the interview by asking where Purplefloral would travel to if she could go anywhere, she responded with her interest to visit both California and Arizona. We hope she has the opportunity to travel to these sunny states soon!
