Troop Interviews
This week marks the forty-ninth official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Rane, Cosmo, and Royal) ask two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its own unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked give us a better understanding of each soldier and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of soldiers here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it will be difficult to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!
The two interviewees for this week are Yodabobobo & Nooza!
Yodabobobo
Welcome back to another week of Troop Interviews! This week, both of our segments are with actual troops. So, forget the stinky staff members and get ready for some quality troop interviews! First up is Yoda who was interviewed by Royal.
Yes, he is or He is, yes?
How long has Yoda been in RPF? How did he find RPF?
Royal’s first question for Yoda was how long he’s been in RPF for and how he found us. Ah, yes, the typical moderator’s favorite welcome question of “how did you find us?” I hope that question gives the mods PTSD. Anyways, Yoda replied saying he’s been in RPF for almost 6 months. Happy early half anniversary! Also, Yoda said he found RPF from being recruited by Ultipenguinj in the Marshmallow Pizza Parlor on CPR. Looks like a new recruiter has joined the Troop Interviews recruit board!
What made Yoda want to stay in RPF?
CPR recruits > other platform recruits any day. I guess I’m sort of biased since I, myself, am a CPR recruit. But, moving on, Royal next asked Yoda why he stayed in RPF. In his response, Yoda praised the community for why he’s still here, saying how everyone is super nice and wholesome to each other. Also, Yoda says RPF is a super fun place to vibe in! Good vibes all around!
What are Yoda’s favorite movies and TV shows?
To everyone’s surprise, when Royal asked Yoda what his favorite movies/TV shows were, Yoda said Star Wars! Specifically, his favorite movie within the Star Wars universe would be Return of the Jedi. As for TV shows, his favorite would be The Mandalorian. BABY YODA FOR THE WIN FOREVER! After you finish reading this post, go immediately begin watching everything Star Wars. Why is Yoda such a fan of Yoda?
Now that we’re on the Star Wars topic, Royal used this opportunity to ask Yoda why he loves Yoda so much, even to the point where he made that his username. Beginning with his adoration for the iconic character, Yoda said he became a fan of Yoda because of his wise, powerful quotes and his strength and power! For his username, the origins of Yodabobobo date back to when Yoda was in 6th grade and he made that his Scratch username. It hasn’t changed since!
What advice would Yoda share with other troops?
As quickly as we started, we are now towards the end! Royal’s final question for Yoda was about the advice he would want to share with other troops. Yoda’s advice for you all is to be nice to one another, be respectful to all, and make sure to take breaks from RPF so you don’t burn out! Most importantly, Yoda believes that all current troops could be great staff and wants you all to fight the good fight! I couldn’t have thought of anything better.

Nooza
Put a pause to those congratulatory pings for a moment as Cosmo interviews Nooza, our newest Troop of the Week! Here’s what our 159th magenta role model has for us in this interview.

How was Nooza’s day?
First and foremost, the most important question had to be asked. How was Nooza doing? Wow, Cosmo might have feelings after all, how sweet! Anyway, Nooza said her day was a good, lazy day with her meowers. That is such a cute term! I might just have to start calling my cat a meower because that’s all she does at five in the morning.
In reply, Nooza also asked Cosmo how his day was. Too bad this isn’t his interview! But, I mean I guess for all of you yearning and dying to know, his was good too.
How does Nooza feel becoming Troop of the Week?
Secondly, Cosmo asked Nooza how it felt becoming Troop of the Week. Nooza said it’s really great, ye unexpected! She was just happy seeing everyone so supportive and kind towards her. She loves you, Tatsumak– I mean, all of you, community members in RPF. Who am I kidding, who wants to give me some t!reps?
Why does Nooza think she earned Troop of the Week?
The third question Cosmo had for Nooza was why she thought she earned Troop of the Week. In her opinion, she doesn’t really know because of other troops who had an equal chance of earning it as well. On the contrary, she also says she thinks it’s because she has tried to become more active in the past few weeks. She tries to welcome new troops and be kind to others the best she can. Your best is surely enough, keep it up!
What advice would Nooza give to others who want to be Troop of the Week?
Cosmo’s next question for Nooza was about the advice she would give to others who want to be Troop of the Week. Nooza says to not be afraid of main chat, try your best to welcome new recruits, and be active! She understands the first few days in RPF can be a bit intimidating, we all do. We’ve all been there. It’s definitely something kind everyone can do, it’s very helpful which is a Troop of the Week trait. Back to Nooza, she can’t wait to see you all pink one day! Hopefully you’ll be the one interviewed here next week!
What is Nooza’s favorite part about being Troop of the Week?
Aside from just becoming Troop of the Week, Cosmo asked Nooza what her favorite part is already about being Troop of the Week. With no surprise, Nooza said the pink color! Ah yes, the beautiful magenta pink color… So short lived, but so sweet. In addition, Nooza said she mainly loves hyping people up and getting to know others better now that she stands out a bit more. You know, suddenly my screen is missing some of the screenshot? All I see is “Navy Owns” for the rest of it. Regardless, it looks good to me!
What is Nooza looking forward to being Troop of the Week?
Lastly, Cosmo asked Nooza what she looks forward to being Troop of the Week. For Nooza, she doesn’t feel too different than a regular troop and will continue to welcome people, hype events, and be herself! In the long run though, Nooza mentioned she hopes to be Colonel someday! Can’t wait to see you in teal! Someone make me teal again I kinda miss it.
Bots don’t have feelings other than wanting your soul, like Rebel Bot.
