Welcome back to another weekly installation of Tuxedo Times! With the Legends Cup going into Round 2, and several changes in the RPF Leadership, there’s plenty of recap and report on – so let’s get right into it!

We had a riveting Monday filled with victory, as we had won our first round (3-0) of the Legends Cup X against our mystery competition, which was later revealed to be EHUMA (Eastern Hancock Underground Mafias Army)!

Nearly a year ago, RPF rejoined the CPA community and we have been hosting many of our battles on the platform, CPA:TG, which recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary and a video was released in honour! Congratulations and shout out to Legacy who helped work on the video!

Summer seasonal roles were also recently released and are available to earn till August 25th. Good luck to you all with your recruiting and we hope to see many of you don the fun roles! 

On Friday,  TOTW #146 was awarded to Yas for her friendliness and dedication! Be sure to congratulate her when you see her in the chat!

A notable shoutout as well, congratulations to Pookie437, Reyder, and Vinayak for being promoted to leaders of the Minecraft Division! The penguins send their best regards! <3

On top of all this, we had some exciting promotions for our HCom staff! Congratulations to Brenatto who was promoted to Third in Command and Crazzy who was promoted to Rebel Commander! Thank you both for your continuous hard work and we look forward to seeing what is to come!

We also would like to give a salute filled with love and gratitude to Starship as she has retired. Thank you for all of what you have done for the community, Star! Enjoy your retirement!

We started Sunday off with Operation: Invasion of Permafrost. Great job claiming this server for our nation, Rebels!

It’s game time! For this time’s branch battle, we wore the football costumes for Operation: Football Frenzy. Both sides did their rug-best, but only one could prevail. Congrats to the Navy for this time’s win!

To kick off Pride Month, we held a rainbow themed event on CPA:TG! Thanks to everyone who showed up in solidarity with our LGBTQ+ troops. The parades may be cancelled, but pride doesn’t stop!

In preparation for the Legends Cup, we held Operation: Speed Training! Going around the island, we practiced our efficiency and quick pace in formations, tactics and room changes. Good job, Rebels!

Later in the day, we all hopped on to Tuxedo [CPATG] for Operation: Vroom Vroom, an event proposed and lead by Lt. General Bratty! We rode our bikes all over (and under) whilst spitting clever tactics! Fantastic work, Rebels!

For our mid-week EU event, we logged onto CPR for Operation: Krusty Krew. We logged on Sleet and dressed up in the Crab costume from the Stage. We made some snappy looking tactics and formations! Great job rebels!

We later logged on for our US event Operation: Stamp Your Feet! We travelled across the island, collecting many activity stamps for our troops! Brilliant job, rebels!

We kicked off our Saturday with our AUSIA event, Operation: Darkwing Ducks! We wore the duck floaties and swam around the island while performing our tactics and formations! Fantastic job Rebels!

For our EU/US event, we logged onto CPA:TG for our contest winning branch battle in Operation: Elemental! The teams went head to head in a duel with Air Force in the Card Jitsu Fire costume and Navy in the Card Jitsu Water costume! Despite both sides putting on a great show, the battle ended in a tie!
