A DAY IN THE LIFE – 33RD EDITION

Welcome to the Thirty-third Edition of A Day In The Life!
The Rebel Broadcast Team interviewed Colonel Hero94, Major Herminator, and Captain Flo the 3rd about their lives beyond being awesome in RPF. Join us as we explore their hobbies, daily routines, and the unique experiences that shape who they are outside the uniform!

Hero94

Hello everybody, I start my day in Club Penguin Legacy every Monday and Wednesday and the weekends by taking care of all my Puffles. I own about twelve Puffles, so I am only allowed to have ten Puffles in my Igloo. I take all of them outside after taking care of them, so I remember that I did take care of them and I have the chance for the rest of them to be taken care of. Also, I play Club Penguin Journey every Tuesday and Thursday and the weekends, I play the game to take care of all my Puffles, do Rebel Penguin Federation events, buy all the items in the Penguin Catalogue, and I am planning on saving coins to buy the entire Gravedigger outfit for Halloween amongst other Halloween items in the Penguin Catalogue. I play Club Penguin Zero on Tuesday and Thursday, recently I did fishing to earn coins, not as much coins as Snow Trekker, which I also did. Lastly, sometimes if I need more coins, I play Bean Counters Jellybean Mode across all three Club Penguin games as mentioned.

Outside of playing Club Penguin, I have been recently taking photos of plants up-close outside, Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 12, so I can add photos for my website. I have been doing art pieces related to Club Penguin and I will submit one art piece every month when they update the art for the Penguin Art Wall in Club Penguin Legacy. However, I did submit one art piece before planning on submitted one art piece every month, so I hope to get to see it after the update for the Penguin Art Wall. Lastly, I like relaxing by listening to background music and music with lyrics. With that said, I would like to thank Firehose for allowing me the chance to be featured in “A Day In The Life”. When it comes to every Club Penguin I played, I might change what I do and I might do the same thing depending on what I do, but it is just scratching the surface of what I do in Club Penguin. Thank you again Firehose for allowing me the chance to be featured in “A Day in the Life” and I hope everybody will have a great day today.

Herminator

Ah well I suppose a “typical” Herminator day runs the same as it has for the last 6 years. I start my day between 10 and Noon and run until about 2 sometimes 5 in the morning. My job is only 8 hours, but I work until midnight so after doing any chores when I get up, I head in to work and wait an eternity to go home. My job has a unique nature that allows me a good chunk of free time which I use to read, watch something, maybe a craft here and there. There’s always priority time given to RPF if I can help it 🙂 outside of work I enjoy games of any kind and taking care of my pets. My absolute favorite part of every day is the time I share with Mrs. Herminator though.

Flo the 3rd

Ok so usually I’ll wake up at 6:30 am and the first thing I do in the morning is debate whether or not I want to risk being late and snooze until 7:00 am. When I do eventually get out of bed, I’ll put my contacts in, brush my teeth, wash my face, get dressed and head to work. I typically don’t eat breakfast. Luckily my workplace is about five minutes away from where I live so the commute isn’t bad at all. I work as a Coral aquarist at a research facility in a public aquarium. My main focus is taking care of rare mesophotic and deep-water corals and the tanks that they are in. I also do research with these corals in partnership with government agencies. Because of this, my work sometimes involves going out to sea on research ships! (If I suddenly go quiet for a few weeks at a time, this is probably why.) I am also technically a part of my workplaces vet team, so I occasionally get the opportunity to work with other animals such as sea turtles (and Penguins!!) I’ll sometimes post pictures of these in #pets in the RPF server (when I’m legally allowed to).

I work from about 7:30 am to 11:30-ish and then I’ll take an hour off for lunch. I usually go home for lunch, eat lunch and then take a thirty-minute Power Nap before heading back to work. My workday usually ends around 4:30-ish. When I get home from work, I usually take a shower before taking another nap. I’ll typically wake up around 6pm and then make dinner for myself. After dinner I’ll usually game for a little bit, log on to Club Penguin to chat/attend events and then go for a night run. I am currently training for a marathon, so I run at least three times a week for a minimum of 5k or 3.1 miles per run. I’ll also try to do at least one run per week over 15k or 9.3 miles. If I ran that day, I’ll take another shower ofc. Afterwards I’ll game or watch something on Netflix for a bit before going to bed a little after midnight. I also do competitive ranked laser tag!

A huge thank you to Hero, Herm, and Flo for sharing a glimpse into their day-to-day lives with us. We appreciate you stopping by and hope you enjoyed this edition of A Day In The Life. Until next time!
