Greetings Rebels!
This post will provide a walkthrough for the first PSA mission: Case of The Missing Puffles.
If you don’t know how to access the HQ and the mission panel, click here.
If you wish to attempt the mission yourself, don’t read any further as there will be spoilers!
Teleport to the HQ and click on the mission and then click “Launch Mission” to begin.
After you click “Start Mission“, click on Aunt Arctic to begin a dialogue during which she’ll tell you about her missing green and purple puffles.
Next, go to the Ice Rink using either your map or your spy phone and scroll all the way to the right. Click on the bunch of photos on the ground and put them in your inventory.
Next go back to Aunt Arctic’s Igloo, and hand her the photos of the puffles from your inventory. This will start further dialogue.
From here proceed on to the Pet Shop. Here you will find a note pinned to the kennel. Click on it and it will bring up a message in a secret code. Using the secret agent code, you’ll be able to decode this message. It will have some kind of variation of “G has __ pairs of socks”, in this particular example the answer was forty five.
Once this is decoded, open the map again and head towards the Sports Shop. This is where you can find Gary. Start dialogue with him and when he asks you if you need something, click the “Yes, please!” option.
After that click on the “Do you have any SPECIAL items?” option and he’ll ask you to tell him how many socks he owns, now enter the number from the code in the note.
Once you give Gary the correct answer, he’ll direct you to a storage cupboard which contains a grappling hook and a life preserver shooter. Take both and add them to your inventory.
Your next stop is the Iceberg. Here you’ll find a group of penguins stranded on a broken iceberg. Pull the life preserver shooter from your inventory and towards the smaller iceberg. This will begin a mini game where you shoot the life preservers to the penguins on the iceberg, taking the wind speed into account.
Once this is completed head over to Ski Hill. There is a penguin here with a broken telescope. Pull out your spy phone, and pull the spanner out from the tool menu. Bring it to the telescope and it will fix it.
To say thank you the penguin will let you look through the telescope. From here pan around and you’ll locate the green puffle flying around the Tallest Mountain.
From here head over to the Tallest Mountain on the map. Pan your view upwards, take the grappling hook out of your inventory and use it. This will leave you at the top of the mountain. This is where you’ll find the puffles.
The final step is to return to Aunt Arctic’s Igloo. Go through the dialogue with her and this will finish the mission. Don’t forget to claim the medal and letter from the final menu!
