TROOP INTERVIEWS – PRINCHI, CRACKED, ELLIE, BEARDED ANGEL

This week marks the eighty-eight official edition of “Troop Interviews”, where a team of interviewers (currently Cracked, EllaBella, and EssAreTee) asks two or more people questions. Interviews won’t have the same questions; each interview’s purpose is to show originality and have its unique highlights. Along with that, the questions asked to give us a better understanding of each troop and how different or similar everyone is in the community. There’s an exponential amount of members here in the Rebel Penguin Federation, so it won’t be easy to get to everyone who requests an interview. The Rebel Broadcast Team graciously appreciates the patience you all have and hope to see you guys in a post one day!

We have four interviews this week with Princhi, Cracked, Ellie, and bearded angel.

Princhi and Cracked

Hiya Rebels, it’s Ella here, and I’ll be your host today for this week’s edition of Troop Interviews! Starting us off, Ess interviewed newly promoted 2ICS princhi and cracked. Let’s jump right into this and see what they had to say!

Starting off Ess congratulated Princhi and cracked for getting 2IC!

Do you feel different being 2ic instead of 3ic?

For the first question, Ess asked the new two 2ics, if they feel different being 2ic instead of 3ic. Princhi answered, not necessarily. the only thing that’s changed is my expectations about myself as hcom.

Cracked answered with, the only thing I would say has changed is that 2ic there’s going to be situations where I need to step up in ways I couldn’t as a 3ic, such as when it comes to leading certain battles as part of training for perhaps one day becoming RC.

Do you see yourself being a rebel commander one day?

Ess next asked the 2ics, if they would see themself being rebel commanders one day. princhi responded with, no, never. I don’t think I’m the leader type at all, I much prefer doing behind-the-scenes stuff.

Cracked answered with, he hasn’t put a lot of thought into it, and it’ll depend on his availability then and if I really feel prepared for the position.

What do you think about our change of doing events again in CPL?

For the next question, Ess asked what do they think about our change of doing events again on CPL. princhi said, “amazing, divine, I fully support and am so happy my inner child is ecstatic, and that she missed having parties, new catalogs to look forward to, and interacting with locals.”

Cracked said, “a much-needed change, we’ve been without a stable cpps with its own community outside of armies for so long, and it feels nice to go back to it even if it’s not as good as CPR was.”

Do you prefer beansock or applebruh, and, why?

Ess asked both 2ic if they prefer beansock over applebruh. both responded with, Team beansock.

What do you think about RPF’s future? Are there some things you want to avoid in the future? And any thing/s you want to happen?

Ess next asked, what do you think about RPF’s future, are there some things you want to avoid for the future, and any things you want to happen. The 2ics both agree, now that we went back to CPL and the sizes have been drastically improved. RPF may have its ups and downs in terms of sizes and activity, but it always makes strong comebacks :mechanical_arm:

What do you think about your time on rpf? Do you have any favorite moments?

Cracked said, “I really enjoyed my time in rpf so far, I value all the memories and the people I’ve met and made friends with.” Some of his favorite moments have to be Rebel Spirit Week, his 1st Olympics as a troop, and of course all the tournaments we’ve participated in and won.

Princhi answered, “I can’t believe I’ve been around for over 2.5 years! it’s wild thinking about how long and how much has happened since I joined. I’ve made lots of great memories but to this day, one of my favorites is the sense of community I felt when we beat ACP at my first event.”

Any tips for people who want to be officers or HCOM?

For the last question Ess asked was, do they have any tips for people who want to be officers or hcom. Cracked responded with, “enjoy being in rpf if you like attending events and talking to other people in main chat, you’ll get there for sure.”

Princhi responded “if you’re thinking about going for officer and aren’t sure if you got what it takes, I say just do it. none of us was born knowing how to do this.”
