Make Way for Mrcris!

Our 391st Troop of the Week award goes to none other than Mrcris! Despite joining just under three months ago, his commitment to our community has been clear from the start – so much so that he quickly climbed the ranks to Colonel! You can often find him recruiting, helping friends, hyping up events, and spreading positivity throughout our server. Congratulations on this achievement, Mrcris!

Rebel Broadcast: Art and Style

In the spirit of RPF’s Anniversary Week, artists got creative at the bakery and decorated some birthday cakes! The Rebel Broadcast Team simply had to grab a slice of the action for May’s Art Column. Check out our Discord’s #art-channel for even more artwork, and maybe share some of your own!

That’s not all when it comes to creativity, however! In the latest Behind the Signature Item column, reporters met with two stylish Officers and one fabulous Veteran to chat about their unique looks. From stuffies to butterfly wings to feathery boas, these Rebels always stand out!

Club Penguin Journey has been bursting with un-furr-gettable adventures for the 2026 Puffle Party! Paige the Puffle Handler will be wrangling in the last of the puffles tomorrow, June 1st, so be sure to utilize CPNews’ Party Walkthrough and Quest Guide before it ends. Have a paws-itively great time with your furry friend!

The anticipation did not stop there, and they mentioned puffle an additional 386 times outside of party references, for a grand total of 501 mentions in #main-chat in just one week!

How much art was shared recently?

The sun is out, the plants are photosynthesizing, and Patty is in people’s DMs.

“In this week’s edition of Community Spotlight, I reached out to our Colonel Pearl. She showcased her gardening skills in our Discord’s #food-channel, and I wanted to learn more about her hobby!

I started this interview off by asking Pearl how long she had been gardening for. She told me her family started gardening as a hobby during the COVID-19 pandemic, but she would help out with planting flowers since she was little.

Next, I asked Pearl about her most impressive grow, something that made her go “wow!”. Last year, she and her family were growing zucchinis that would not stop growing. They would pick the crops, and within a week or so they would have grown back! She describes the leaves as “so out of control” that they sometimes struggled to find the food!

Lastly, I asked about any advice Pearl had for any aspiring gardeners, or someone just starting out. The advice she gave was to research what plants thrive in your area and start out with something simple, as there’s nothing more frustrating than your plants not growing.
