Pride Contest Continued

With CPJourney releasing June’s Better Igloos and Furniture catalogs, the Pride Igloo Decorating Contest has officially been extended. So fret not if your decoration boxes were lacking, you now have until June 21st to submit your design! The first place winner will be recognized as an Igloo Innovator, and with enough pizzazz and panache, that could be you!

Happy News for Hero94!

This week, we’re celebrating Colonel Hero94 for making his mark in RPF as our 393rd Troop of the Week! Joining our server in November 2025, he quickly became a familiar friend to see in both chat and at events. If there’s one thing to know about Hero94, is that he’s passionate about Club Penguin and loves to help others whenever he can. Always finding new ways to get involved in our community, Hero94 being chosen as our TOTW comes as no surprise. Congratulations!

Fur the Love of Pets

What does Charlie the cat, Rafael the bird, and Raine the dog all have in common? They’re all featured in Rebel Broadcast News’ latest Pet Column! CPLegacy is busy with the release of three new catalogs! Our CPNews Team waddled around the island and stopped by the Gift Shop to first browse June’s Penguin Style catalog. Check out the hidden items guide for even more fin-tastic fashion! Water you waiting for? It’s time to spend those coins!

How much do we appreciate our Officers?

While it is impossible to quantify how much the Officer Team does for the community, here are a few fun stats about the Officer Appreciation event this week!
After the event’s announcement on June 5th through the event the next day, there were 135 mentions of the word officer in #main-chat. During the event, there were 36 word tactics, including one each for all 26 Officers, and 36 emote tactics sent in chat.
While the Officers were given a break, 318 #event-pics were taken during the event.

After much hype and an extension, how popular was CPJ’s Puffle Party?

During the Puffle Party, our staff was hard at work! Our mascot trackers tracked PH 14 times through 194 rooms (and 10 server crashes!). They even kept up when Rory suddenly showed up for a couple minutes in one room!
Additionally, the server welcomed 596 new members during the party, in part because of our hardworking CPPS News team’s Puffle Party Walkthrough and Quest Guide, which garnered 4134 views and 5052 views, respectively.

It’s finally June, and CPJourney is celebrating Pride Month! But as we all know, LGBTQA+ pride never ends. Kipbip dedicated their heartwarming comic to penguins everywhere supporting one another. 🌈

Dressing up in rainbow colours and as an octopus isn’t the only thing Patty has done this week! In this edition of Community Spotlight, she has a red-hot interview ready for us.

“This week, I interviewed our Sergeant Lightkari, who posted a photo of her outfit in our #art-channel. With this dragon-themed offering, I wanted to learn more about Lightkari’s love for dragons.

I asked her about what inspired her outfit. She told me how she loved dragons and all things Renaissance! She added that found Scorn’s – the dragon who appears in the Club Penguin Medieval Party – colours really cool.

Leading off from that, I assumed correctly that her favourite CPPS party is the Medieval Party. She told me that the best parts of the party, for her, is all the new decor, events, and meeting new mascots! She also added that her second favourite CPPS party is the Puffle Party, which has just happened.

Lastly, I asked about any non-Club Penguin related dragon media they enjoy, wherein she told me she also enjoyed the Monster Hunter Stories and Skylander games. Her favourite dragons from each game is the Rathalos and Cynder. She also has a dragon fursona named Maple!
