Breaking Out of Arkham

After a month of tricks and treats, crime solving, cackling villains, and terror-ific events, our Rebel Arkham Breakout party has come to an end! Whether you were Batman, the Riddler, the Joker, or Robin, thank you for joining in on this year’s Halloweek festivities.
Scroll down to this week’s By the Numbers for some frightfully fun party facts, and check out the Community Column for an interview about the Rebel Records podcast. Tune in next week to find out who became an Igloo Innovator for winning the Halloween Igloo Decorating contest!

Make Way for Mariam!

Mariam was pretty in pink this week after earning the well-deserved 414th Troop of the Week award! Joining us in early October, it’s safe to say her presence and participation has already made a great impact. She’s an avid attendee who joins in whenever, always ready for any Rebel shenanigans that may occur. Already at the rank of Specialist, TOTW is just the start of many more great things to come for Mariam! Congratulations!

Latest Penguin Updates

Club Penguin Legacy was fashionably late releasing October’s Better Igloos and Furniture catalogs, but the wait was well worth it for all the Fall Fair and Halloween decorations! Check out CPNews’ hidden items guide to find any furniture you may have overlooked, and create an igloo worth posting about (and maybe even get featured in Rebel Broadcast’s RPF Iggys column!).

From furniture decor to fashion designers, Club Penguin Journey is preparing for the chills of winter with November’s Penguin Style catalog. With snuggly pajamas, cozy jackets, even some hiking equipment for a snowy excursion, CPJourney has all the styles you’ll need to stay warm this winter. But don’t waddle away just yet, use the catalog guide for even more seasonal items!

“Last week, the Rebels attended the Halloween Gala hosted by HCOM. After the event, Rebel Records aired a spooky-themed episode hosted by our General Rissa.”

The Rebels ranked their favourite Batman villains during this episode

“My first question for Rissa was how she felt leading Rebel Records solo. She was nervous at first, but remembered how much fun she had leading a RR segment during Legends Cup and quickly got over it!

Next, I asked about her favourite part of the episode, and she said the Pixel Guessing game. The RR team collected photos of some Batman villains and pixilated them to get troops to guess them. Once our Rebel Commander Gabi sent the first image, Rissa had a “surge of joy” due to how hard it was! Evil…

Lastly, I wanted to know if she had any ideas for upcoming RRs. Rissa loves the ideas of themed Skribbl.io and (family-friendly) Cards Against Humanity activities. Hopefully we see them in the next RR.

Thank you so much for this interview, Rissa. We cannot wait to see what you have in store for us.”

Thank you for the report, Patty!

Miggy was very much in the Halloween spirit for Issue #324, creating a gourd-geous coloring page for Rebels to fill in! Take a look at the creative submissions we received below. Thank you for participating!
