Important updates to our army relations were announced this week as RPF pulled out of CPA HQ, the army media site in charge of the March Madness tournament. We also saw the end of our alliance with Help Force. If you have not already, read the above posts for more information as to why.
In lighter news, April Fools Day saw the server take a turn for the worse as ‘former leader‘ and ‘RPF Hero‘, Cannelloni26, got appointed as Third in Command! After changing channel names, interrupting events, hoisting random roles and even leaking the sacred #meeting channel, Cannelloni was fired from his role.
The discord server hit 12000 members this week! A massive thank you to everybody who’s spent time recruiting new people to our server, your hard work pays off!
Troop of the Week #189 is Alienn! She’s been attending events and a friendly face in chat to all, being the perfect example of a troop! Make sure you congratulate Alienn if you haven’t already!

This week CPRewritten mascots visited the island 10 times, but 13 times if you include Cannelloni26! Jet Pack Guy visited 5 times, Dot visited 4 times and 1 of those times they came online together. Rookie also made 2 surprise April Fool’s Day visits!
How many messages were sent in the fake meeting channel?
On April Fool’s Day a top secret channel was made visible to everyone in the server, after Brenatto was said to have deleted the old channel! While this was just an elaborate April Fool’s joke, HCOM put in a lot of effort into making the situation seem authentic, and they sent a total of 2924 messages in the channel!

Today for the EU/US event called Operation: RPF Cribs, we grabbed our uniforms and logged on to Zipline on CPRewritten for a spectacular igloo tour! It was fun seeing all of the different creative igloos out there while doing some tactics and forms.

On Tuesday, we started the day with a Club Penguin staple, a fashion show. Everyone logged onto Crystal – CPRewritten wearing their most stylish outfits ready to strut their stuff and do show-stopping tactics and elegant forms. These rebels sure have some great fashion sense, great job!

Later that same day, we logged onto Zipline – CPRewritten for our US event. For this iconic event we wore the Red Starter Cap to make sure even our newest members could participate and join in on the fun. Alongside our penguin cousins, we did big word bubble tactics and imposing formations. Excellent work today Rebels!

Sneaking around the island in the Noir Party, the rebels held a scavenger hunt today. We grabbed our detective caps for this Operation: Clueless, held on Ascent – CPRewritten. Everyone raced to figure out the 10 riddles and congrats to YipYorp on winning the hunt! Great job to everyone that participated as well.
