This week we faced some devastating news, as we lost 3 long-time staff members: Third in Command Steax, General Master DS, and Lieutenant General Ellie. Even more tragic was the discovery of troop stealing by our brother allies the Water Vikings, involving the aformentioned staff members as well as a couple of our newer troops. This led to the loss of a longstanding alliance with the Water Vikings, as well as our declaration of the Stolen Seas War against them. This was truly an unfortunate turn of events, even involving an intense first battle, and in the end RPF and WV had only one thing left to say to each other…
APRIL FOOLS!!!!
Speaking of April Fools shenanigans, the Club Penguin world has also been getting into the spirit with lots of festivities! Both CPJourney and CPLegacy have been running their April Fools parties all week, and there is still a little time left to finish up the tasks and quests for both parties before they end. For CPJourney, head on over to our CPJ April Fools Party Guide as well as our CPJ April Fools Party Quests guide to make sure you explore all that CPJ’s party has to offer. As for CPLegacy, check out our CPL April Fools Party Guide and CPL April Fools Party Quests guide to ensure you don’t miss a single thing!
As if all of that wasn’t enough, CPJourney also released their newest catalog in the shop. For help finding all of the secret items, be sure to check out our CPJ April Catalog Secrets guide. And a big thank you to our Club Penguin News Team for taking the immense amount of time to put all of these wonderful guides together!!
Besides all of the April Fools festivities, we also announced our 292nd Troop of the Week! Congratulations to crispywonton for proving to be an exemplary troop worthy of this respected title. Since joining our server just a couple weeks ago, crispywonton quickly became involved with our events and activities, including showing a strong presence in chat! For these reasons, it’s easy to see why she was the one to earn TOTW this week. If you haven’t already, be sure to congratulate crispywonton when you see her in chat!
Last but not least, we have an exciting announcement to make in regards to Tuxedo Times… We are re-introducing our Challenge of the Week segment!! We last saw our weekly challenges in Issue #172, so it’s very special for us to be bringing it back and getting to provide you all with some more fun and engaging content! Each week, our Lieutenant General Mads will create a puzzle for you all that will be included in the issue below. It might include crossword puzzles, word searches, and much much more! Anyone who completes the puzzle and DMs their answer or solved screenshot to the person listed within the week will be awarded a Rebel Cash prize! Be sure to scroll down if you’d like to check out this week’s puzzle!
