As we inch closer to the holidays, the first-ever Rebel Cash for Change event was announced. From December 1st to the 31st, donate some of your Rebel Cash to a cause of your choice and help those in need while also unlocking community rewards and giveaways. At the end of the month, the cause with the highest amount of RC donations will be donated real money to by some of our HCOM members. Check out this post to learn more.
The Contests Team has announced the results of the Fall Dress Up contest and with it, a holiday-themed Advent Calendar contest. Complete the daily tasks to win the Advent Ace role and a chance to get the Santa’s Helper role too! Find the tasks revealed so far and more details here.
This week’s Troop of the Week is sluggoop! They joined almost three months ago and have been working hard ever since, attending many events and chatting in main chat. For this reason HCOM they were the perfect candidate for TOTW! Make sure you congratulate slug if you haven’t already.

For Operation: Beacon of Light, we logged on to Zipline and dressed in the free lighthouse outfit and went round lighting up every room we were in. For this event, we logged on to Zipline for a fun VC-led training event called Operation: Flex Zone! With CCXI coming up this Sunday, we are getting all the training we can get to make sure we are ready and do our best. Rebels wore any special item i.e a boom box, and did some great formations, tactics and showed their readiness for this Sunday. When you think of Navy vs Air Force, you may think of a branch battle, but for this event, Navy and Air Force went against each other for a fun fashion contest! For Operation: Fashion Frenzy, rebels logged on Zipline and showed their best outfit for different categories repping their branch! For this event, In Operation: Mohawk Madness, we logged onto Zipline to train for the upcoming CCXI battle this Sunday! We wore our awesome mohawks as we went around the island doing swift tactics and forms for battle preparation. We looked amazing today, thank you all for participating! This event, Operation: Kart Kruzin, involved some rebels, carts and a decent amount of crashing. The eager rebels first logged onto Zipline wearing their uniforms and performed an array of track-tics and formations. The rebels raced against time in this event, Operation: Rebel Racerz. First, we logged onto Zipline wearing the Snowboard Helmet and raced through some tactics and formations. Then we raced each other to see who could finish a number of tasks that we were given the quickest! One person raced through this event with ease and emerged victorious. Something is brewing up in the witch pot Rebels, what could the special ingredient be this time? It is none other than Operation: Local Brewery for us interested in spellcraft! There is another ingredient too, which would be the fact that it is a branch battle between the Air Force and Navy! The magic users teleport to Zipline and don their appropriate magic armour: Navy equips the Blizzard Wizard Robe while the Air Force equips the Witch Outfit! Both houses duel by chanting magical tactics and casting illusive forms, tons of magic everywhere in this penguin quidditch! Both sides showed their immense power in the show-off, yet only one house can be claimed victor… Check out the post below to see who that was!

Spider-Guin, Spider-Guin, Goes wherever a spider been! Look out, here comes Operation: Spidey Senses! The Rebels have their spidey senses going off, so they decided to swing through the island to reach Abominable! We also equipped the Spidey Poof headgear to get into costume! We decided to shoot our best quips for tactics and spin web-like forms in order to catch the bad guys! Amazing work today Rebels! Time to celebrate with New York’s finest pizza as a treat!
