Locked In on Legends Cup XVI

If there’s one thing Rebels love, it’s eating pizza – and we have the secret recipe for defeating the cheesy Pizzaioli army in the Legends Cup XVI Quarter Finals on July 18th! We need every Rebel to show up and show out as we fight for our spot in the Semi Finals. Rebels can take the heat… but can these pizza penguins? But what’s Legends Cup without some legendary prizes? By attending battles and training events, you’ll earn points that allow you to progress through 4 giveaway tiers, each tier having its own set of prizes. Impressive Feat for Irelia!

Pretty in pink, Rebels celebrated Irelia last week for her recognition as Troop of the Week #397! As a standout Colonel, her bubbly attitude, positive chat presence, and great event attendance helped her climb the ranks quickly. You can often find her sharing her photography and artwork, hyping up events, and lending a helping hand whenever she can. Congratulations on this incredible milestone, Irelia! Throughout the month of June, the Rebel Broadcast Team scouted our server for creative pieces to showcase in the 72nd edition of the Art Column. From artwork dedicated to Pride Month and captivating photography to unique artistic hobbies, these artists absolutely deserve the spotlight.

How many fireworks does 250 years require?

Our American Rebels just experienced the 250th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence, which marks the beginning of the United States as a country. To celebrate, they discussed fireworks 130 times, USA 87 times, and America 61 times in #main-chat.

Calling all puzzlers, this one’s fresh off the press! Inspired by Officer Cadet QueenBee2303’s suggestion, Miggy has created a Sudoku with a twist! This puzzle features puffles instead of the numbers of traditional Sudoku. Fill in each box, row, and column with a puffle of each color to complete the challenge.

DM Miggywaddles on Discord the solved Sudoku puzzle for a prize of 500 Rebel Cash and to progress towards the Blossoming Bookworm role!

Keep in mind, puzzle responses must be submitted before the next issue is released to be valid.

The World Cup has been taking our server by storm! In Tuxedo Times Issue #307, Miggy created a Connect the Dots puzzle for Rebels to complete and colour in the finished product. Patty is here to showcase some of the submissions!

“This week, I interviewed Officer Cadet Bee, RPF Veteran Gi, General Angie and Colonel Luveons about all things sports!”

“I opened up the interviews by asking if they had been keeping up with the World Cup, and if so, which country they were rooting for. Bee and Luveons told me they were rooting Norway, especially with Haaland’s huge social media presence. However with Norway being knocked out, Haaland has to go back to being a Snapchat star.

Gi kept up for a bit, but being Italian-American, she didn’t continue watching as Italy didn’t qualify, and the USA were knocked out by Belgium. Angie – who comes from a die-hard football family – told me that although the countries she supported are no longer in the World Cup, she is rooting for all 4 of the teams that are left. She doesn’t mind who wins!

I asked them next what sports they would love to participate in professionally if they had the chance. Bee and Angie would be a professional swimmers, Luveons would be a rower, and Gi would be a basketball player! Bee, Angie and Gi used to participate in their respective sports – see you guys at the Olympics!

Who let the dogs out? HCOM, apparently. In Operation: Rebel Shepherds, the Rebels grabbed their German Shepherd costumes and headed to CPJ – Blizzard to herd up some sheep. Together our paw-some tactics proved that we still have that dawg in us. Can’t teach an old dog new tricks but you can still discover some new tricks in the link below!
